Picture Perfect - Comments, page 3

I feel like it's always easier to say that when someone else is the writer and you're the reader. Once a book is finished, I don't see how it can be improved more unless the author goes back and edits it which is a difficult task in and out of itself. I'll try to sound less needy when I'm writing my a/n or I'll just stop writing them altogether. There is no point in them if the interaction is one sided. Also, views work really interesting on this site. You could literally click a story once and never read it, but just because you clicked it, that counts as a view.

I get that you want commentaar and feedback... That normal... But I simply cannot give you a feedback if parts are missing... Most people ask feedback when they finish their story... If you look at your views you can see that your audience doesn't contain one person... And you can grow as a writer just by writing for yourself, don't forget that you can give yourself feedback... I said before, fan-fiction is non-profit. You can be very happy that there are so many views on your story. I never conment before because you were practicly begging for comments. That won't make many people comment...

a story is always worth it, if people read it or not.

I write stories for an audience, and for awhile it seemed like my audience was limited to one person. If I was writing this story just for myself, I don't think I would have posted it because how are you supposed to grow as a writer with no one giving you feedback? I never knew you liked the story before since this is your first comment. Comments are a great opportunity for me to see what my readers are thinking or what feedback they could give me. They're more important to me than the vote, but I rarely get either of them. I appreciate your honestly I guess and thanks for reading.

I wouldn't call it insecurity, personally. Just frustration because I really enjoy writing things like poetry on my free time, but writing a story takes awhile and in order for me to keep going, I need to know it's worthwhile. I know how Picture Perfect ends, and I want to share that with people instead of keeping it to myself.

I really appreciate the fact that you actually took the time to comment.

Stop being so insecure! Fan fiction is non-profit you're suppose to do this for you! If you enjoy writing story's then please continue, but don't continue if you are only doing this for votes and comments...

I mean this in the best way possible cause I really enjoy your story's, they are good!
So please keep writing for yourself!
