Welll I think that clarissa died and Harry thinks it's his fault and sInce Chloe reminds him of clarissa he wants to protect her since he couldn't protect clarissa.

I think Harry is protective of Chloe because he really likes her. I know that when a guy is protective either he likes that girl or he cares. And I think Leigh-Anne will go find Ryan was it and tell him about what chloe and they will date and then Ryan will find Chloe and attempt ATTEMPT to kill her but fails.
