And even if we DID have a say in everything, it's not like the board would ever consider our opinions unless it was in the favor of what the board's idea was in the first place, because they know everything, and we know absolutely NOTHING (note my heavy tone of sarcasm). With my school, you just never know. I mean, why can't the students have at least a LITTLE say in everything? I mean, it's what WE'RE going to be doing, not them.

Odds are in your favor. They can only keep you in school for so many weeks. If they start school a week early, they have to end school a week early. I think... XD

August 22nd.
Usually, we start school on the 31st (I know, I know. Stupid, right?), but this year, the 31st is the last Saturday of August, so one of the people on the school board apparently said, "Hey! Since we always start off the year being stupid by starting school on the 31st, which is on a Saturday this year, let's start it a whole week earlier than we usually do!" while all the other board members chanted "Keep the stupidity! Keep the stupidity!"
They better be letting us out for summer in earlier than they usually do. It's only fair.

We broke up for summer in july and go back at the beginning of September.

You start school on a Thursday? Interesting... And sorry about the uniforms. I would die if I had to wear the same thing every day. We just have to dress out for PE. Ugliest YELLOW shorts EVER!
