Haha; you should. The Jap Ring verison is called Ringu (creative I know!)
I'm not sure how old you are but an amazing French horror/crime/thriller is Baise-Moi. It's a little full on and out there so your parents might not be cool with you seeing it but it's paved the way for a lot of other psychological movies which have come out recently.

@voguelullaby

Well, im 13. They don't care what kind of scary movie I watch tbh. They both loved scary movies growing up. So..

I wouldn't call Sleepy Hollow "terrifying" but it was a great movie :3 and I've always loved the story. I remember watching the Wishbone version when I was in elementary school (ten years ago at minimum XD)

@Nialls_Girl1
I've been watching gore since I was like 8. I used to love CSI and other crime shows plus my dad and I like historical war movies (Braveheart, We Were Soldiers, Black Hawk Down) so why would a slasher matter? ;P but now they're convinced I'm a sociopath >.> lol no. I'm so lazy that somedays I don't get around to putting on real clothes till four or five

@Call_Me_Godot

It's 3:30 and i'm in my Pjs still. I'm not goin' anywhere. Sooo.....

@Call_Me_Godot
No, not terrifying although it still makes me fear in some strange, childish, awkwardness Christopher Walken.

@Nialls_Girl1
In the case of the Baise movie, I was more talking about movie content; like it's a very heavy psych/crime based movie. Gang-rapes, strange female shenanigans, lots of gun action as well as heavy thriller, so yeah; just making sure..

horror movies (even slasher and thriller) never really bothered me, im more likely to react to a dying disney character than a fright - in saying this the exorcist is still by far my favourite to watch. its a classic for a good reason. film making gold if you look at filming style, storyline, etc.

OmiGod, I feel you. I love slashers but there's a formula they all follow so even if I've never seen it, I still know what's going to happen. While I don't like Disney, EVERY TIME I WATCH THE LION KING AND MUFASA DIES, I BAWL. And I'm going to be 20 in like a month and a half lol anyone who doesn't cry there is a terrible human.

@Call_Me_Godot
no, that's totally normal. i cry like a baby as well and i know what you mean by the formula. pretty girl goes into a room she shouldn't and you know shits gonna go down - not necessarily in a good way.

@pippalove
Oh not even just that XD the whole CAST dies in the same order in every movie.

@Call_Me_Godot
you've gotta admit though; sometimes thr cheesyness of them is too good to resist not watching.

gosh gurll.. any Disney that's animated and an animal dies in or gets hurt or torn away from their families makes me sob like an emotional broken 4 year old who just found out Santa wasn't real.

xD I cry if a hot guy dies in a movie.

My weakness is suicide.
