*Lukas POV*
"So after you ran home jack was there again, and he did 'it' again and you struggled to get up your stairs to safety and called the cops and he stabbed you multiple times" Lucy went over what I just told her trying to wrap her mind around everything .

"Pretty much" I replied pulling my knees to my chest

She just nodded and stood up and walked over to her closet doors, but fell to her knees and I rushed over to her side and wrapped her in my arms.

"I'm so sorry luka, I promised you that I would try and protect you but I failed and you ended up in the hospital" she turned around and cried harder into my chest while I just soothed her.
"It's alright Lucy" I rocked her back and forth rubbing circles in her back.
"No one knew he was meant to be there, you didn't know that he was going to do it" I said with my chin on top if her head.

"I should be the one that's comforting you" she said and pulled away from me
"I'm find now" i smiled and wiped away her tears, even though it was a fat lie
"Just don't beat yourself up Lucy, you didn't know it was going to happen" I tried my best to convince her it wasn't her fault.

If you couldn't tell we are at Lucy's house and her parents aren't here, and I just told her the news.
Lucy doesn't need to think all of this is her fault
"How bout i cook some dinner and then we'll have a movie night" I smiled at her trying to cheer her up.

"We" *sniffle*

"don't" *sniffle

"Have" *sniffle*

"Any, food" she looked up at me

I sat there and told her my thought

"How about we go food shopping and we can get shit tons of chocolate" I still had a smile on
"Yeah, I really love your cooking, your granny's recipes are the best" she started to get up and dust herself of.

Lucy speaking of my granny broke my heart a little, my grandma and grandpa have my little sister living at there house, why is Amelia at my grandparents house, well I'm glad you brought that up.

My 'mother' drove her out of the house because she's a controlling freak and told her " your worthless" "I can't believe a daughter like you" "your just a fucking slut", yeah 'mum' said that to my little sister then kicked her out of the house, because of some rumors from other people came up about Amelia.

We were so close and the crazy bitch drove her to America, I should probably go visit her when things have settled down
"Luka" Lucy popped me out of my thinking bubble
"Yes" I gave her some attention
"What were you thinking about" she said checking herself in her mirror
"Amelia" I said tugging my knees to my chest
Lucy just gave me a knowing look and got a jacket out of her closet since it was so cold out side

We had just finished dinner and chocolate is spread all around us when we were watching Shutter Island (A/N: great movie has Leonardo dicapreo in it).
"What time is it" I yawned while rubbing my eyes
"9:46" she replied stretching her back
"I don't know about you but I'm getting some shut eye" I said collecting rubbish and plates

I came out if Lucy's bathroom taking out my towel turban letting my damp hair falling past my shoulders, I walked over to the other side of Lucy's king bed pulled down the covers and got in.
I got comfortable and hearing Lucy's soft snores made me aware she had fallen asleep, I carefully scooted down the bed and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was aware of how tired I actually was so it didn't take long for me to drift of into sleep
