Chapter Thirty
Hunter's P.O.V
I was awaken to hear some beeping noises, I thought it was an alarm clock I went to move my right arms but when I tried to move it I felt a shock run through my arm. I opened my eyes to notice I was in a white room, then I connected the dots and realized I was in a hospital. I looked over and saw Breanne looking at me.
"You are finally awake!" She said as she engulfed me in a hug." I winced as I felt my body ache when she hugged me. "Oh my gosh honey I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt, I forgot you have a few bruised ribs." She said.
"I'm fine." I said I looked down and realized I broke my right foot.
I forgot what happened, I closed my eyes and tried to think of the last thing that I remember happening. I thought back about going to the party with Hannah, Tommy and Rose. I then remember Rose getting drunk and me losing her and finding her grinding with another guys, but what happened after that? I racked my brain then it came back to me, that semi-truck ran a red light and hit the car. Then I realized that he hit on Rose's side.
"How is Rose?! Is she okay?" I said out of the blue.
"She's, she's not in good shape right now honey. She's in a coma like you were." She said sadly.
"wait I was in a coma?!" I said frantically, she nodded her head.
"You were in a coma for about two weeks, they believe that she won't make it." She said getting a bit teary eyed.
I felt my stomach drop. Rose trusted me, she thought she wouldn't get hurt if she was with me. Look at our situation now, she's in a coma because of me. I felt horrible I feel like my heart is slowly being torn out if my chest.
"I need to see her." I said sternly.
"Honey you need some rest plus I don't know if the doctor will allow that." She said shaking her head.
"Get the doctor in here and tell him to release me. I need to see Rose.... Now." I said.
Breanne looked at me and shook her head then she got out of the chair and walked out of my room.
"You're in love." I heard Niall say, I turn and looked at the corner of the room. I didn't notice him standing there.
"W-what?" I said shocked
"you're in love aren't you?" He said sitting in the chair next to me.
"I can't be. I barely know her." I said shaking my head.
"But you are in love, you know I fell in love with your aunt immediately after I laid my eyes on her. Just because you barely know her doesn't mean you can't be in love.
"But I'm afraid to be in love again." I said truthfully.
"You have nothing to be afraid of, she's a great girl don't let her go."
And that's exactly what I'm going to do, I'm not letting her go. She can be in a coma for months but I will be by her side waiting for her to open her beautiful hazel eyes.
