Sage’s POV

My room was a disaster while I searched for my shoes. Having a part time job and being a part time student really took away your free time. Today was a gift from above; that I had no work or school and everybody else was off too. I kicked aside a blanket that was on the floor and found my black Vans.

Knock-Knock

“Come in.” I called out as I tied my shoes.

“Hey bitsy.” Niall walked in holding his shirt in his hand.

“What’s up?” I asked standing up from the edge of my bed to fix the edge of my shorts.

“Do you have any sunscreen?” He asked shyly knowing that if he got burnt, we would tease him about it.

“Yea.” I chuckled grabbing it out of my purse to hand it to him. “Do you want me to put it on your back?”

“Please?” He smiled turning around.

I rubbed the sunscreen onto his back, still laughing. This would have been really weird for anyone else to do but him and I were close. We talked about everything, he was the person I went to when I was having a bad day and that’s when he came to me.

“All done.” I wiped the extra that was left on my hands, onto my arms before walking over to the mirror.

“Thanks.” He slipped his tank on and looked at me. “Hey Sage, you're losing a lot of weight. You look really nice.”

“Oh thank you.” I blushed.

“I know that you're just trying to get into better shape but please don’t over do it.” He walked over and stood behind me. “I just don’t want you to hurt yourself.”

“I wont.” I turned around and hugged him. “And thank you.”

“You're welcome.” He kissed the top of my head and let go of me. “We should probably get going.”

I nodded and grabbed my phone before going with him. We walked down the stairs and found the living room and kitchen empty so we walked out to the garage. Liam and Harry were putting the bikes into the truck bed while Louis and Zayn were grabbing the boards.

“Hey guys.” Niall announced while we leaned against the hood of Liam’s truck.

“Hey.” Louis was being super nice today and I didn't know why. “Missy, wanna pick out your board?”

“Sure.” I walked over to him and the rack of boards. “I want the Jackass one.”

“You only like that one because it’s my favorite.” Zayn complained with a frown.

“No, I bought it. You only like it because it’s mine.” I laughed grabbing the board.

“Whatever Jackass.” He pouted and grabbed the black one above it.

“Everyone ready?” Liam asked jingling his keys and saw everyone nod. “Let’s go!”

I took the passenger seat next to Louis in Harry’s SUV while Harry climbed into the backseat. We pulled out of the garage and started toward the mountains. I watched Harry put his sunglasses on and roll down his window so I did the same. Louis turned the radio up and found a good station to listen to.

Wow, I cant believe Niall even noticed that I've lost weight. Nobody else has noticed, not even Harry and I’m almost always with him. Looking down at my body, I smiled. I have lost a lot of weight and gained muscle. All the work I’ve been doing has paid off. Even with all the stuff I've been doing to lose weight, my butt and boobs decided to grow. I guess it’s time to shop again. Maybe tomorrow after class but I have work, maybe Saturday but –

“You okay?” Louis asked looking over at me.

“Huh?” My eyes landed on him. “Yea, I’m fine.” I really was okay, nothing was wrong.

“You seem out of it?”

“I was thinking about when I’m gonna have time to shop.” I guess I had to explain it for him to believe me.

“Oh yea, ‘cause all of your clothes are too big for you now.” He smiled poking my thigh. “You look great.”

“Thank you.” I giggled because it was tickling me.

I hope you like it, it took me a while to think of where i wanted to go with this story.

P.S. The titles are the nicknames of the main characters of the chapter. "Jamie" is Niall and "Bitsy" Is Sage.
