Chapter 13: Harry and Louis
Chapter 13:
Sage’s POV
“I’m gonna miss this.” I yawned sitting up from the rock I was laying on with Harry.
“Same here but we can come back soon.” He ran his fingers through his hair until we saw Zayn jogging over to us.
“It’s time to go guys.” He said with a sigh before reaching over to help me up so I didn't slip into the mud.
I took his hand and stood up and looked up at him with a smile. I miss how we used to be. Sometimes I even wish I could go back to when we were super close but I like how things are now I guess. He helped Harry off and we all walked back to the bus with a sigh. I turned around to look back at the river and cabin while everyone else besides Niall got in.
“You okay?” He asked quietly.
“I’m not ready to leave.” I mumbled as he draped his arm around my shoulders. “I’m not ready to go back to everything.”
“It will be here whenever you need it.” He kissed my temple lightly.
“I know.” I leaned up and kissed his cheek before slipping out of his arm and getting on the bus.
I walked to the back of the bus while taking off my jacket and sat down across from Niall at the table. He had his headphones in so I didn't pay attention to him. I balled up my jacket and set it under my head while I rested it on the table.
“Hey babe?” I felt a rough hand rub on my arm so I put my head up and looked into his eyes. “I have to drive for a while.”
“Okay, well I’m going to take a nap.” I leaned up, pecked his cheek and laid my head back down.
I sat back up in time to watch Harry walk away. He messed with Zayn for a second and then continued walking. I turned around on the bench and rested my back on the coushion while putting in my headphones and turning my music on. My music made me relax enough to sleep.
Harry’s POV
It feels so nice to back at home. Great, now I get to crawl into bed next to Sage again. There’s no way to even describe how nice it feels to lay next to the person you love. I thought as I walked out of the bathroom and into the room Sage and I shared. Sweet, she’s already in bed. She looks absolutely gorgeous. I pulled my towel off and found a pair of boxers before slipping int bed next to her. Her hair was still damp from when she showered a little bit ago. It was cold against my chest as I pressed against her body. My eyes got heavy once I was comfortable.
-NEXT DAY-
“We have no food guys.” Niall complained from the pantry while Liam and I sat at the table. “I cant live like this.”
“You're so dramatic.” I chuckled and he rolled his eyes at me as Sage walked into the kitchen, fully clothed.
“Good morning everyone.” She smiled at all of us and then saw Niall. “I’m about to go shopping, don’t die on me Jamie.”
“No promises.” He acted weak but he’s a terrible actor so we could see right through it.
“You can even go with me.” She offered and he nodded eagerly with a smile. “Okay, go get dressed and we can go.”
“You're amazing.” He kissed her cheek before jogging over to the stairs and running up.
“Can I go too?” Liam asked from next to me.
“Sure.” She shrugged sitting down next to me. “Go get dressed.”
Liam got up and went up the stairs as Louis came back down. He looked tired, as if he hadn’t slept very much. I handed him my coffee when he sat down next to me.
“Are you okay Louis?” I asked quietly.
“I need to talk to you guys about something.” His voice was shaky but serious. “I need to go see my family in California, my grandpa is on his death bed and they said he probably wont make it. And I don’t want to go alone.”
“Any of us or all of us are willing to go with you. Just let us know.” Sage’s words were rushed as she stood up and went over to him. “I’m so sorry that this is happening.”
“Thanks Sage.” They hugged each other and when they let go, she walked upstairs slowly.
“I will go with you, we all will. You know that we will do whatever we can for you.” I touched his shoulder. “Everything will be okay.”
“I know.” His head dropped as a tear fell. “When can we go?”
“Tonight. We can drive all night and stay in a hotel. We’ll make the plans throughout the day and leave around 8:00. Is that okay with you?” He nodded to my question. “Okay good.” I stood up and stepped closer to him as he stood up too, we wrapped our arms around each other and clung tight. “Everything’s gonna be okay Louis.” I kept whispering to him as he cried.
Sage’s POV
