“Harry, you don’t have to do this.” Sarah said as we sat in her flat.
I shook my head, “I talked it over with the guys and management and they are all okay with it.”
It had been nearly a month since Sarah had died and come back to life. I had decided that I wanted to spend some time with Sarah before going back out into the world of celebrities. The others had complete understood and said that they would like to spend some time with the ones that they loved after what had happened with Sarah.
“But Harry,” Sarah asked, “What about your career?”
I shook my head again, “It will be fine.”
I could tell that Sarah wasn’t completely fine with the idea of One Direction just disappearing from the music world for months because of her. She was hating it.
“What do you not want to spend time with me?” I said as I put on a fake pouty face. Sarah didn’t catch that the face was fake and began to freak out a little.
“No,” she defended, “I love to spend time with you. I love that I am getting to spend time with you.”
I smiled. I was hoping she would say that.
“How much time would like to spend with me?” I asked her.
She raised an eyebrow at me, “What do you mean?”
“Would you like to spend forever with me?”
I watched as her eyes grew wider, “Harry…”
I didn’t waste any time. I slid off the couch and moved over in front of Sarah, getting down on one knee.
“Sarah Collins, you are the love of life. I have almost lost you once and then lost you for real, I don’t want to take a chance of losing you again. So will you marry me?”
She covered her mouth with her hands as her eyes filled with tears. She nodded her head as she managed to say, “Yes!”
In moments, she jumped off the couch and into my arms, knocking the both of us to the floor. I smiled as I hugged her close. My life was now complete and I couldn’t ask for anything else.
