In The Dark

Brooke's POV
I can't believe i just broke down like that in front of Harry Styles and his gang. OMG. But i can't worry about that now. We have twenty minutes left of free and Ashlyn still has to tell us why she was so upset.
"Okay guys. So umm.. As you know i kinda have a crush on Harry" we were still in the girls bathroom and we locked the door so no one could hear what we were saying. Even though we locked the door Connor still couldn't come in because there are cameras outside the bathroom which are always monitored by the schools security. Ever since Harry was caught about twenty times sneaking in and out of girls bathrooms. Anyway i called Connor and he was listening to the conversation through his phone is the boys bathroom which he had locked, genius i know.
"Well over the summer he asked me out on a date and of course i said yea. We went and saw a horror movie and i cuddled into him even though i wasn't scared. Anyways after that he took me out to get a coffee and we were talking and he dropped me off at my place and i invited him inside and he said yes. Anyways we were making out on my couch and he slipped his hand up my skirt and then i told him that i wasn't going to sleep with him on the first date-" she was cut off by Connor
"Good for you Ash. You set him straight" Connor's voice sounded weird over the phone and i couldn't help but giggle.
"Anyway. He said he agreed and that he had to get home anyway so he left and said he would call me but never did and then today Sophie told me that he asked her out" she sniffed and wiped away a tear. I couldn't bare to see my friend like this.
"Guys we need to make a plan" was all i said before i sprinted out of the bathroom and around the school with the girls and Connor trailing behind me.

None of us went to our next three classes because we were busy getting the plan ready. The plan was going to take place at lunch. Connor and Cassie went to the store to buy eggs and whipped cream covered pies while Kayla, Ashlyn and i ran around the school talking to people. I knocked on the door to the science lab then slowly opened it when i heard Mrs. Tapp's voice say "come in" I walked inside and spoke confidently.
"Sorry for the intrusion Mrs. Tapp but Mrs. Bode would like to speak with Sophie, Alisha, Claire, Emma and Matilda" all the girls stood up and hurried out of class. They started walking towards Mrs. Bodes class so i had to stop them and tell them to follow me. They were confused but did so. I led them to the auditorium where Ashlyn was already there with five girls. One minute later Kayla walked in with another six girls. Okay, lets do this.

*Lunch time*
Okay. All the girls were in position and they all had their pies and eggs. Showtime. I walked into the cafeteria and spotted Harry right away. He was with his gang and in the middle of them all was Sophie. She was giggling and twirling her hair. Perfect. I walked over with Cassie, Connor, Ash and Kayla. Once i reached the table that Harry sat at Ashlyn and Kayla walked off into their positions. I stood in front of Harry with my arms crossed, glaring at him with Connor on one side of me and Cassie on the other.
"What do you want Brooke?"
"You're a fucking twat. You toy with my friend's emotions and leave her hurting to go off and sleep with another girl and you ask me what i want. Ashlyn is too good for you. All girls are too good for you. You think yo are suck a ladies man and that every girl in the world would die for one night with you, well think again sweetheart. Let's clear this up shall we?" i turned to look at Sophie and gave her a small nod.
"Sophie, would you like to go on a date with Harry?" i asked her. She looked at Harry who was smirking then back at me.
"No" she said really quickly and confidently before returning to play on her phone. I could see the bag underneath her seat filled with mine and her pies and about ten eggs.
"Let't try this again. When was the last time you had a girlfriend?" i asked Harry who just glared at me.
"Okay when was the last time you had a shag?" Harry smirked at said
"Last night, with Miranda" Miranda was one of the girls that Ashlyn got meaning she was in on our plan.
"Miranda, do you have any intention of sleeping with or going out on a date with Harry ever again?" she smirked at Harry before looking at me
"No, never" Harry looked at her dumbfounded. He kept looking from Miranda to Sophie to me to Miranda to Sophie then back at me. I realised i should end this big speech with a bang.
"You think you are such a player Harry. That all these girls that you shag are madly in love with you and you are kicking them to the curb which makes you feel dominent and cocky but in reality, these girls hate you and are just looking for an easy shag. They have no intention of ever seeing you again. To them, you are the slut. Hate you break it to ya honey, but your being played" i smirked at him at the entire cafeteria burst out laughing. Even Louis let out a small chuckle to which Harry shot him the death glare.
"Then you finally find a girl who is willing to go out on a second date with you, don't ask me why but she is. Do you really want to throw that all away to go back to meaningless shags?" i asked him even though i already knew his answer.

Harry's POV
I have to say that speech Brooke made was good. It got the entire cafeteria laughing, even Lou. I wish i could tell her the truth. That i like Ashlyn. I do. She is the first girl to say no to me. I want to ask her out on a second date but i am afraid she will say no. I don't want to ruin my badass reputation for a no. I am Harry Styles. I am a player (or apparently i am the one being played) i mean sure, in the beginning all the attention from all these different girls was great. But now i am kind of sick of it. Now i want attention from just one girl, Ashlyn. I am also dying to know why Brooke lives with her uncle. What happened to her parents? What happened to her brother that made her cry at the mention of him? What did her uncle do that made her hate him so much? Why was he screaming at 1am this morning? I don't know. All i know is i am crazy angry at Brooke right now. Yeah sure she was being a good friend but she embarrased me in front of the entire school. Thanks Brooke. Then i realised, i still hadn't answered her question.

Louis's POV
"Yep, i like shags" he said but i knew that was a lie.
"Okay, if you say so" Brooke said as she held up her hands and slowly walked backwards. I realised that Sophie was gone and so was Brooke and Cassie and Connor. They had all disappeared into the sea of girls that were now surrounding the table. Suddenly from someone where in the room Brooke shouted "Now" The girls surrounding the table dropped to the floor to reveal a circle of girls that were standing right behind them. We were still surrounded and everyone of them has their hands behind their backs. I spotted Brooke standing next to Cassie, Ashlyn and Kayla with their hands behind their backs too. What are they holding?
"AIM" Brooke shouted and just like that dozens of pies appeared, one in each girls hand. Brooke whispered something in Ashlyns ear who just nodded. Ashlyn aimed then threw the pie and it hit Harry right in the face. As soon as she threw the first pie everyone started throwing them at us. I opened my eyes and saw that all they boys couldn't open their eyes because they had pie in their faces. No one hit my face because i dodged a lot of the pies. I looked around and Perrie had disappeared. Then i saw her purple hair. I looked down and saw that she was holding four eggs. I looked around and everyone was holding at least four eggs each. Oh now i get it. The pies were so we couldn't see when the eggs were coming. Good plan i must say.
"AIM......FIRE" i quickly jumped under the table and got one egg on my bum. It hurt but probably not as bad as the boys who had eggs hitting their chests, heads and OUCH their nuts. Brooke stepped forward into the chaos and suddenly everyone stopped. She walked over to Harry who was trying to stand up but kept slipping on the whipped cream and egg yolkes.
"Smile" she said before snapping a photo. Harry looked beyond furious. Then everyone got out their phones and took photos. I don't think i was in many of them though since i was under the table. Brooke walked back to her friends and they started to leave. Everyone else went back to doing their own thing.
"Oh by the way Harry" Brooke said as she stopped and turned around
"Thats what you get when you mess with girls" she smirked before walking off with her friends who were all laughing anf buzzing
