In The Dark

Ashlyn's POV
I was really down in the dumps. Brooke asked me what was wrong and i completely ignored her. She was just being a good friend. I decided after class i would tell her and the guys everything. The weird thing about our classes was they seemed to align. What i mean by that is every single class that each of us had, is always with one or two more members of our group. Our group being me, Brooke, Cassie, Kayla and Connor. Even though Connor doesn't hang with us at lunch he is still part of our group. I have first period with Brooke, then a free which we all have, then third with Cass, fourth with Connor, fifth with Connor and Brooke, sixth with Connor and Kayla (three in a row with Connor...GOD HELP ME) then last with Cass and Kayla. See what i mean? And it's like that everyday except with different order of classes. Next we all had a free and i planned on getting everyone and taking them to our spot which is a big tree behind the school. It's quiet and no one goes there. We go there during frees to "study" when really we always end up gossiping and such. Yes Connor gossips. In fact, he might be the biggest gossip in our group. I know what your thinking and no he isn't gay. When i first met him i thought he was until he told me about his crush on Brooke. Boy that conversation didn't go well.

*flashback*
"Hey! Ash can we talk?"
"Sure what's up?"
"Well...i have this crush...i'm a little embarrased"
"It's nothing to be embarrased about, lot's of people are, you know"
"Ummm...okkkaaayyy? Well i like this person and i don't know how to tell them how i feel"
"Is there a posibility that this person likes you? or does this person like girls?"
"What? What are you talking about!? My crush is on Brooke!"
"Oh....aren't you gay?"
* end of flashback*

He didnt talk to me for awhile after that but eventually we made up and now we are really close.

Connor's POV
Cassie, Kayla and Brooke came to me and Ashlyn after first period
"I need to tell you guys something" Okkkaaayyy? Brooke and Kayla looked just as puzzled as i was. We walked to our spot and sat down. Suddenly Ashlyn started coughing and sputtering. I patted her back whilst looking for the source of her outburst. Then i saw them. Not again. Harry and his gang where sitting behind a nearby tree smoking (again). They heard Ashlyn coughing and started to approach us. "Oi Brooke. I never got to ask. I heard screaming coming from your house, not a little girl screaming but like an adult yelling. Could you please tell your father to keep it the fuck down?" Harry spat at her. She looked beyond furious. "Uncle" i corrected him. I didn't mean to, it just came flying out of my mouth. Everyone's head snapped in my direction. Brooke, Cass, Kayla and Ash had their mouths hanging open, shocked. I quickly covered my mouth when realisation hit me. Cassie glared at me while Ashlyn hit the back of my head.
"Ow" i exclaimed, rubbing my head where she had hurt me. Liam giggled like a little girl and everyone turned to look at him. He blushed a deep shade of red. Then Louis opened that big fat mouth of his and asked the worst fucking question you could ask Brooke. Well second worst. The worst would probably be "What are your nightmares about" or just in general "Do you have nightmares?" anyway
"Uncle? Why do you live with your uncle? Where is your mum and dad?" i glared at him. Why can't he mind his own fucking buisness.
"No. It can't be your uncle. I have seen him and he looks just like you. You two are very simular. Plus don't you have a brother?" Harry said (Oh did i mention that Harry lives next door to Brooke?) Cassie slapped her hand to her forehead while Ashlyn sighed and continued to glare at Harry. Suddenly Brooke stood up.
"i am nothing like that worthless piece of shit" she spat
"And yes, i do have a brother" she choked out the last bit before running off with tears streaming out of her eyes. Kayla and Ashlyn got up and ran after her, probably to console her. Cassie stood up and flipped them all off before disappearing into the girls bathroom where the others had gone moments before.
"Good going you idiots" i spat at Harry and his gang who all looked baffled. I turned on my heel and stormed away from them. They are such jerks.

Ok...Second chapter. I am kind of just making this up as i go along so ya.
Hope you like it and if you could give me some ideas as to where you think this story should go that would be great.
