Luna’s POV

“Luna, wake up!”
He’s being sweet and quiet, but staying bed all day yesterday was fun. I wouldn’t mind doing that again today. At all. His soft lips soon reach my cheek as he says, “I’m really excited to go home today, love. Let’s go get some breakfast.” he gives me a quick peck, “Well, lunch. You slept through breakfast.”
We’re going to Ireland today. Wow. Not gonna lie, I’m really nervous to meet Niall’s family. It also doesn’t help that I hate long plane rides and it’s a 10. Hour. Plane. Ride. Great!
“Only if you give me an actual kiss”, I tell Niall. The joke’s on him, I have morning breath.
“Of course”, he says before connecting his lips with mine passionately. I love this. Every time I kiss him or every time he holds me or even when we touch, I feel like I’m home. I haven’t felt like that since I was home in New York with my parents. But I love this feeling. I’d do anything to have this feeling all day, every day for the rest of my life. “Okay, you’re done until breakfast. Go get dressed.”
I groan loudly. This bed is too comfy for my own good. I roll over and fall straight onto the floor. Great, that’ll leave a bruise.
“Luna! Come on, management wants us at the airport in three hours and this room is a mess. We need to pack.”
“I’m going, I’m going”, I say as I stand up to get ready.

“I think I’m finally done packing”, I announce to Niall as I flop onto the bed. Now, I can watch some more “Friends” before we have to go to the airport.
“Good. Liam just texted me that management needs us downstairs right now so we can leave.” Of course. I look at his face and see that he’s so excited to go home. He looks like a little boy on Christmas Eve.
“Of course he does”, I say looking up at his excited smile. “Let’s go!” He grabs his bag and walks towards the door.
“Wait!” I say a little loudly. “I don’t think I’ve been kissed quite enough yet today.” I tell him with a cheeky smile.
He grins and melts into me passionately. I love this man. Ni ends the kiss way too soon, “I want to go to Ireland! We can kiss on the plane.” He winks and turns towards the door as I roll my eyes once he’s turned around so he can’t see.
I’m excited on the outside to meet my boyfriend’s family and continue tour, but on the inside I’m terrified. I’ve gone through so much emotionally this past four months that I’ve been on tour. I don’t know how I’ve been okay. I honestly don’t! I surprised myself.

We’re walking out in the rain to One Direction’s private jet. Great, pouring rain. Needless to say, my anxiety is through the roof. I’ve been quiet the entire ride to the airport. I’m stressed about meeting Niall’s family and I’m anxious about this stupid plane ride in the pouring fucking rain. UGGHH!
“Luna, what’s wrong?”, Liam says quietly to me. How did he know?
Oh shit, he shouldn’t have asked me that. I can feel the tears begin to sting my eyes. I’m very emotional this time of the month… if you know what I mean. I try and swallow my tears and take a deep breath, “Nothing”, I look at him to see his face. He doesn’t believe me, “Really, I’m fine! Stop looking at me like that!” I try to manage a laugh even though I can feel a single tear slip out of my eye.
I quickly rush to brush the tear away as we take our seats on the plane. I sit next to the window and Niall slides in right next to me, “Luna, are you okay love?”
“I’m just not a big fan of flying”, I tell him honestly as a few more tears slip out.
“Luna, you’ll be okay. I’ll be right here next to you if you need anything.” he smiles down at me before kissing my forehead, “If you want, you can just fall asleep and we’ll wake you up when we land in Ireland.”
I lean up to kiss him on the lips before cuddling into his side and falling into a soft sleep. I really love this man.
