"Hey Harry its Lou, I was just checking on you and Jess of course. Umm call me if either of you need anything." I leave a message on his voicemail.

"Still no word" Jake asks me and I shake my head. I then get a text from Liam.

All good, managed to get rid of the package. Louis still MIA though. He definitely owes money.!

My heart is at ease a bit, but where has Louis disappeared too. Hopefully Harry is too bust wrapped in this business with Jess so he won't notice.



Harry's POV:

"Hey any change" I ask Jess handing her a coffee. "Um no" She sniffles.
"You can go though."
"You kidding I'm staying here." I rub her arm but she backs away. "No it's fine you can go, I want to be here with her in case something happens."

"Are you sure"?

"MY GOD HARRY JUST GO, STOP BEING A WASTE OF SPACE." She yells and everyone in the waiting room is looking at us. I know she's upset but it gives her no right to treat me this way. I don't respond I just leave.

"I know I actually studied for this exam all hours of the night." I tell Louisa as we head to class.
"Hey as longs as you studied you'll be fine." She smiles. I haven't heard from Jess bit I'll let her be. Liam, Niall, Jake, Louis and I take a seat in class, the teacher distributes the papers.

"Sorry I'm late." I see Jess walk in smiling, her mood has changed.

She takes a seat behind me. I take a deep breath and our exam begins, I take a quick glance at Louisa and she smiles back at me.

I read the paper carefully and surprisingly I remember some information. I write my answers down and hope and pray they are acceptable.


About twenty minutes has passed and I hear a shuffling noise. "I"m done" Jess stands and passes her exam to the teacher, I look at her walk out and she gives me a thumbs up.

I look back at Lou and she just shrugs her shoulders.




"I can breathe again." I lean my head against my locker. "Thank god for multiple choice" Louisa says and I agree.
"Hey how you guys go." Jess comes up to us.
"Ok I guess" I say.

"Ok well I'll see you all later."
"Wait where you going?" I ask her. "back to the hospital."
"Ok do you want some company?" I ask again. "No Harry" She puts her hands on my shoulder and pecks my lips. "What did I say about you being a waste of space." She walks away.



"Hey you ok" Louisa taps my shoulder "She's just upset, she'll come around." She says to me and I nod my head.
"I'll see you later." Lou says and I smile.


I get a text from Jess, so I decide to meet her.

"Hey guess what." She is happy again. "what" I show no emotion. "She's awake now, but she has to stay in for another week," She refers to her step mum.
"that's great so your gonna stop treating me badly." I am happy that things are getting better for her step mum.
"What are you talking about Harry. I treat just fine." Is she serious?
"No you haven't Jess, stop being so self absorbed." I yell at her.

"Shut up Harry you too dumb to know what your talking about." She yells back.
"You know what I'm over it." I walk away from her.

I decide to go to the surf club for a juice. I walk in annoyed and order a juice. Then I see Louisa sitting at a table reading a book.

"Hey." I sit next to her. "Oh hey all sorted with Jess?" She asks me.
"next question." I huff
"Sorry" She says, "don't worry about it"

"Oh crap I need to get home." She picks her bag up. "My bus is coming"
I then stand up. "Do you want some company?" I ask her, "sure that be nice."


After our bus ride to the farm where she lives we walk in comfortable silence, see why can't it be this easy with Jess?


"Who's this guy here?" I walk up to the horse that has been it seems let out.
"Oh must be the neighbour, left the gate open again." She pats him..
"Why don't we take it back?" I suggest.
"Umm is that a good idea"
"Come on, just hold onto me tightly."
"Yea ok." She agrees.

I help her climb on first. Then I climb on myself. "Ok grab my waist and don't let go." I say and she wraps her arms around me and I feel something. "Ready" I ask.
"Ready." She chuckles.

We then speed up a little faster and I keep asking if she is ok, which she is. we both needed this just some fun.

We finally reach the neighbours field and I slower the horse pace. We stop and I get myself down. "good boy" I pat him for a last time. "I haven't forgotten you up there." I say to Lou who has just flung her legs over.
She reaches her arms down, I carefully dismount her off, as she reaches almost ground level I grab her by her tiny waist. I look in her brown eyes, and can't help myself but to slowly caress her cheek.

She looks in my eyes as I shut mine, and our lips connect.
