Promise Me

Luke's P.O.V

Sigh. Why'd I even say yes to going to get coffee with this girl? I mean, I'm not known to being mean, but she is such a clingly bitch! I mean she was even glaring at me when I helped a 7 YEAR OLD! Like damn. Even when the mother was talking to me. The mother looked like she was in her mid 20's and I'm 16. Seriously?! "Luke?! Were you even paying attention?" "Uh, nope." Arzaylea groans. "Whatever," She mumbles. We decide to get some ice cream at the ice cream truck that came by. There were two girls there laughing their heads off. As I came (we) came closer I noticed that they were the girls that I sat with at lunch today. "Katrina? Adelaide?" They turned to look at me.

"Luke! What a surprise!" Exclaimed Adelaide. "Hey, Adelaide."

"So what brings you here?" Says Katrina. "Um, he's with me. Back off you little whore." Arzaylea replies as she grabs my arm.

"Excuse me?" I say getting out of her grip. "Yeah, you heard me! She's a little whore. No one likes her!"

"I like her! So if you dare come near her again, I swear to god..." I say back in a dark tone.

"What Luke? Hm? What are you gunna do to me? Beat me up? Don't forget, I will you wrapped around my finger in no time," Then she walks away angrily.

"LUKE!" I jump. "Yes? Katrina?" I nervously say. "WHY WERE YOU EVEN WITH HER IN THE FIRST PLACE?!"

"Woah, calm down. I'll explain. Let me take you two home." Adelaide squeals. Katrina just huffs and walks along side me.

I finally got Adelaide home and now me and Katrina could talk.

"Look I know you're mad about Arzaylea. I know I made a huge mistake about hanging out with her today." Katrina shakes her head, but I see a sly smile.

"I'm still mad at you!" She was smiling. I start to tickle her. "Ha ha- L-Luke s-stop!" "No until you're not mad at me anymore!" "I-I'm n-not mad!" I stop tickling her. We start laughing.

Surprisingly she wrapped her arms around my waist. "Luke you're my f-friend and I don't want anything bad to happen to you." I hug her back. I thought she hesitated to say friend, but maybe it was my imagination.

I rest my chin on her head. "Do you wanna take a nap?" I ask

She nods her head and we fall asleep in each others arms.

oooooooooo. :-0 whats gunna happen?? Anyway. Here's another chapter for you guys. It took me a bit longer cause I was at the airport. :-). Sorry that it's a bit short. I promise the next chapter will be longer. :-)
