~THREE YEARS LATER~
It's been three years, she left me three years ago. I haven't seen or heard from her since the day I let her go. I'm still not over her and never will. No calls, no texts, Nothing. Emma says they still talk and she's doing good, but she still doesn't wanna see or hear from me. I'm now 24, finished high school and college and am in music.
Today me and the lads are going to a football game. It's America vs. Liverpool.
We got really good seats and right near the team, which happens to be the girls football team.
"Are you ready for the game Lou?" Liam asks "Yeah.Excited." you say "She's not going to be on the team Lou. Move on. You have Milly." Niall says "I bet she's on the team." Harry laughs "I have a feeling she is, but I know she isn't." you say "I know she's not. Emma says she's not." Niall says "How is she anyways?" Harry asks "Emma said she's doing pretty good." he says "Boyfriend?" Liam asks, "Never mentioned one." Niall says "Shocker." you mumble "Oh it's starting." Liam says.
The teams come out and I kept getting that feeling that she's out there, but isn't. Until I finally get the answer at the end of the game.
There she is. Annika Jones. Number 17. Her hair is now longer and she looks as beautiful as she was before she left.
"I was right." you say and they look at you "Huh?" Harry asks "She's playing soccer. She's on the bench." you say "No way!" Niall says "I told you guys, but you didn't believe me." you smirk and say "I don't know. You might be seeing things." Liam says "I'll prove it." Harry says and stands up and moves towards the railing.
"Annika! Annika Jones!" Harry yells and she turns around and smiles "Harold Styles? Is that you?" she yells and runs to the railing and jumps over it and hugs him "Told you." you whisper to Liam. For a few moments they talk and then she leaves and Harry walks back over.
"What happen?" Niall asks, "Well she was happy to see me." Harry says and smiles "Why is she here?" Liam asks "Well she said she has been playing soccer since she got back and she's also still in medical school." Harry says "And she's managing that with football?" you ask "This was her last game, she's now done." Harry says "Let's go now." you say "Don't wanna see her?" Liam laughs "I'm going over to Milly's." you say.
"Niall Horan is that you?" Someone yells and Niall smiles "Annika Jones!" He yells and runs over to hug her. "Annika." Liam says and hugs her "Oh I missed you guys." she says "3 years to be exact." you say and she looks at you "Louis, I-I didn't see you there." she says "Hi Annika." you say "Um, I-I got to go. I will call you Harry so we can catch up. Niall i'm taking Macy out this week." she says "Alright, bye Annika." Niall says "You're staying around?" you ask surprised and she looks at you "I-I moved back, well me, Alex and Coco my puppy. I got transferred." she says "Your back!" Harry says and hugs her and she laughs "Yeah, I am. And Alex. She's here where is she?" she laughs "I'm here!" Alex yells and runs to her "Hey Alex." they all say and hug her "Well we have to go... here's my address come over when ever. We're all moved in." Annika says "How long have you been back?" Liam asks "A month." she says "Well got to go." Alex says and pulls her away.
Well that was awkward.Never thought I would see her again. And when I do see her I have a girlfriend...
~2:00 pm. same day~
Niall's House.
"Hello anyone home?" you yell and walk in and hear laughing and walk into the living room to find Annika and Macy together.
"Look how big you gotten baby. Oh I missed you." Annika says and kisses her face, "Uncle Louis!" Macy yells and Annika looks at you and gets up off the floor "Hi Mac." you say and pick her up."Hey Annika." you say and she smiles "Hi." she says "How are you?" you ask "Pretty good, you?" she asks "Okay." you say "I can't do this Louis. I can't sit here and act like nothing happen between us, like we we're never together." she says "I understand, I get it Annika." you say "It's to painful." she says "What happen after you left? Something else happened and I can tell your not the same person." you say and she looks at the ground. "M-my dad d-died. He had cancer and there was nothing they could do to help him." she cries "Oh my god Annika. I'm so sorry, why didn't you tell us... Me?" you ask "I didn't know what to say. You hated me after I left." she says "I can't hate you." you say and your phones goes off and it's Milly "You should get that." she says and gets up and Leaves the room.
"Hello?" you say
"Where are you?" she asks
"Niall's house, why?" you ask
"I heard that slut of your ex is back are you with her Louis? Because if you are we're so done!" she says
"She's grabbing Macy. Calm down nothing is going to happen." you say annoyed and she hangs up.
"Fuck." you mumble "You okay?" Annika asks "Um sure." you say "You can talk to me Louis." she says "My girlfriend is bitchy and clingy."you say "How long have you been dating?" she asks "9 months." you say "Wow that's good. Girlfriends are always like that. Remember me?" she laughs "You we're not that clingy, well around Eleanor you we're." you smile and say. "True." she laughs "Auntie, i'm ready!" Macy says and runs over to Annika and she laughs "Alright little one, where's your mum?" she asks "Here." Emma says "Where you going today?" Niall asks "The park." Annika says "Oh fun." Emma says "Alright let's go." Annika says
"Where did you get that necklace Auntie?" Macy asks pointing to her lockets "Which one?" Annika asks "Both." Macy says "Well I got this one from my father and this one... I um, got it from someone that was important to me." she says "What about that ring?" she asks "I got that from the same person." Annika says and smiles "Well better get going." Emma says and they hug her goodbye and leave.
"Oh my god!" Emma says "What?" Niall asks "Do you know who gave her the ring and the other locket?" she asks "No who?" he asks "Me. When we were together." you say "She still cares about you." Niall says "No, Niall he's with Milly." Emma says
She still cares about me? After three years?How is that possible? Fuck. There all coming back.
The feeling and memories I tried pushed away are coming back again, and there coming hard.
Poor Louis! :-(
