I was so pissed at Kaia. Anyone in the neighbourhood could see the fire from two nights ago. No doubt burning up my money. As pissed as I was I pictured confronting her and always saw myself not being able to stay mad. Always staring at her lips. She was breaking me I swear. I picked up my phone to text her,

ME: We need one day.

She responded immediately,

HER: For what Styles?

ME: To pretend we're not in a gang. To be normal and do normal things. Let me show you.

HER: What if someone sees us?

ME: They won't I swear. But I wanna see you. Please Kaia.

HER: The village park. 7:00She went offline. I was amazed at the fact that I somehow convinced her to see me. I was ecstatic. I wanted to show her all the beautiful hidden spots that no one knew about. Spots as beautiful as her. I knew the forest was deep and scary and there were old wives tales but if you stick around long enough you can see the dark scary things become beautiful. I wanted her to see it, know that it was ours. I've never felt this way about anyone ever.

It was 7:00 I was in the park. My leg bounced up and down as I waited for her. Suddenly I saw her. Simple jeans and t shirt but still so beautiful. I smiled. She walked up to me without saying anything and crashed her lips into mine. I was shocked for a second but immediately kissed her back. She pulled away and leaned her forehead against mine,

"I promise." She said quite out of breath,

"What?" I asked her, she looked into my eyes,

"It's not the last time." She said quietly. I smiled at her. It was a victory. I told her how I wanted to take her to the forest. She agreed, she wanted to leave as soon as we arrived.

"It's scary." She moaned gripping on my arm. I liked seeing her like this. She wasn't trying to be a gang leader or trying to escape it. She was her. Scared of the forest.

"Don't worry, princess. You know I'd never let anything hurt you." I laughed and looked down at her.

"Fiiiinnnneee." She grunted as I took her into the forest.

After hours urs and of just watching Kaia be Kaia I realised how completely and utterly infatuated I was. She was amazing. She sang at the top of her lungs, she danced around trees, she looked at rivers, she picked up stones, she told me all these amazing facts about birds and bugs and butterflies. She even managed to get a butterfly on her finger. There was a light drizzle at around 7:45. I grabbed her hand.

"I have to take you somewhere!" I grabbed her started running.

"Where are we going?" She was laughing. She was so utterly beautiful. I wanted to live in this moment forever. I took her to a giant rock over looking the lake. We sat on it as it rained. I turned to her and looked at her beautiful face as she closed her eyes and let the water hit her. She opened them and turned to me,

"What?" She laughed. I just shrugged. I pulled her onto my lap and started kissing her. It was gentle but still urgent. She pulled away and leaned her head on my shoulder. She was humming a gentle tune while playing with my fingers I couldn't think of a more perfect moment. I don't know how long we sat there fore until I finally brought my lips to hers once more. It was a soft kiss that grew with passion and intensity. As our tongues were engaged in a hot dance we heard someone scream from behind us.

"What the fuck?!" We turned to see Greer in Liam's arms. Oh shit.
