Priceless

As I walked with Louis to get him settled in I pulled down the sweatshirt that I had grabbed I didn't want him seeing my scars on my wrist for fear he'd laugh at me.

"So your not playing Harry? You really think your related?"

I shrugged my shoulders and kept walking

"Why would I play him? To be honest and not to hurt your feelings but I don't even like your band or your music"

"Ouch harsh a bit"

"Sorry but the only reason I went to your concert is because Autumn dragged me along with her and I had to just support her and go."

"So Autumn and you really close then?"

"Yea Autumn's gotten me through some hard times"

I hard stopped by my doorway and looked down thinking about a few months back and how much of a difference Autumn's made in my life I looked up just in time to see Louis turning away from me but I caught his gaze and knew he was curious what hard times I meant but I wasn't going to tell him Autumn didn't even know half of it.

"here's my room, sorry its a bit messy but I wasn't expecting a famous person over tonight"

He laughed a bit and then started looking around he went over to the shelf by my window looking at my picture's until he stopped on my mum he looked at me with a tilt of his head wondering who it was.

I cleared my throat and spoke softly as I gazed at my mum's picture the one I hardly looked at because a part of me thought of it as my fault she died.

"That's my mum, she died giving birth to me and my dad never lets me forget it"

"But's its not your fault though"

"It sorta is actually, my mum bleed to death"

"But like I said Jessie it's not your fault don't ever let your dad tell you differently"

I nodded slightly as he continued to look around and I smiled looking at a picture of me and Autumn hugging

"Why don't you have any of your dad and you or just your dad?"

"Why should I have a picture of someone who doesn't even love me"

He looked down a little embarrassed he'd said anything to me I cleared my throat and he turned to me.

"We should get some sleep umm I am gonna go turn the tv off you can sleep in here and i'll sleep in my dads room"

"Won't he be curious why your sleeping in there?"

"No I do that sometimes but it doesn't matter he won't be home till tomorrow"

I gave him some more blankets and another pillow and closed the door laying down on my dad's bed I tried to sleep but I ended up staring at the ceiling till I saw little sun poking through the sky and knew it had been another sleepless night.

As I got up and got ready I heard Louis moving around in my room talking on his phone as I came out of my dads room Louis came out of my room and smiled at me.

"Good morning love how'd you sleep"

I snorted and laughed at him

"Try how was staring at the ceiling all night"

He frowned and I quickly changed the subject

"so do you have a ride?"

"Yes they are actually on there way here about 5 mins away"

I nodded and put my hair up as Louis turned from the window to face me and kept staring at me

"What?"

"What's that on your wrist?"

I gasped and put my hands down thinking to myself I was stupid for not wearing a long sleeve shirt

"Is that scars from cutting?"

I didn't say anything but at that moment a van pulled up and I jumped to the door

"Oh look your rides here you should go my dad will be home any min"

He sighed and walked out the door one more glance my way and he was off to be a major rock star and me to be the lame weak girl I was.
