"So Jess, how did it go?"

"How did what go?"

"Your night with Harry!"

"Oh. It was alright."

"Alright? You're shitting me right? A girl spends a night with Harry Styles and says it was alright! In which history book should I write this?"

"Autumn! I have no interest what so ever in any of them. Plus, wouldn't it be gross if anything happened? I mean, we don't even know if we're cousins yet."

Autumn scratched the back of her head. "Oh. My bad."

The closer we were getting towards my dad's house, the worse I started to feel. Did he notice that I was gone? Is he going to say anything to me when I get inside?

"Okay, here you are hun. I hope everything works out for the best," Autumn's mom looked at me through the mirror.

"Thank you. Bye Autumn."

"Bye! Text me if anything happens!"

I wave goodbye and watch their car pull out of my driveway. Taking a deep breath, I get the courage to ring the doorbell.

"Who is it?"

"It's me dad."

I walk in and give him a small smile, trying to be polite. His arms were crossed over his chest, like he was waiting for an explanation."Sorry I didn't come back last night. I went with Autumn to a concert and-"

"And what? Huh? Who did you sleep with? Why are you coming back home if you have somewhere to be? I saw those pictures of you online! WHo was that lad you walked out of a hotel with huh? Why was he holding your hand?!"

"Dad I ca-"

"No you can't explain shit to me! I am the one who needs to be in control of what you do and where you go! And my daughter will never sleep with a guy she knows nothing about! What are your uncles going to say?"

"DAD WILL YOU LET ME TALK? AND I DON'T GIVE A FUCK WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SAY! MY UNCLES NEVER ASK ABOUT ME, AND THEY NEVER EVEN TALK TO YOU! WHY DOES IT MATTER?" When I realized that I was screaming, my hand hit my mouth real hard.

"Are you screaming at me young lady?"

"Sorry da-"

"YOU ARE FUCKING GROUNDED! NO MORE CELLPHONE, AND NO MORE GOING OUT OF THIS HOUSE FOR THE REST OF THIS MONTH!"

"But dad you won't let me expl-"

"GO TO YOUR ROOM! NOW!"

Great. Just great. I have officially lost contact with Harry, and I won't even know the truth. Why does my dad have to always be drunk? He's always so angry, and to be honest, he never even cares if I am out. And what pictures is he talking about?

Oh.

But what am I supposed to do now? I can't go anywhere when he's in the house. I can't call anyone because he took my phone. This is impossible.

After about an hour of unintentional sobbing, I wipe my tears and decide to take a shower and change my clothes.

The water felt so good on my body. I guess this is the only way I could relax right now. I took extra long washing my hair. I have been growing it out, but I want to cut it. I mean, there's no use to it. I'm not the one who will do her hair differently every day. And since it's long enough, I might get to donate it.

But how am I going to do that if I can't go out?

I sigh and step out of the tub, wrapping my small body in a towel. I watched my reflection in the mirror for a while, pointing out the things that made me imperfect.

Thin, long, legs and arms. Pointy nose. Pale skin.

And the only thing I really liked about myself were my eyes. They change color every now and then. Blue, green, hazel. And the long eyelashes of mine were something that I was also fond of. But nothing else. Since I haven't really been taken care of, I am too skinny. Not enough healthy foods. And to be honest, sometimes I crave big meals. Beans, fried fish, salads, and all that good stuff that fills you up.

But it's always the same shit when I am home. Milk, water, oatmeal, waffles, and some more grab - and - go foods.

I get dressed in some boyshorts and a sports bra. My dad called out to me that he was leaving, probably to a club or something. I get downstairs and start searching for my phone, which I don't find. And dad also took away the laptop, he just left me my iPod so I can listen to some music. Thanks dad.

I turn on the TV and search for a good show or movie. I finally find a movie and it's called Dead Silence. It looks creepy, but I couldn't find anything else.

I grab a water bottle and Lays, and settle down on the couch. After about an hour there is a loud knock on my door.

"Open up please! I need help!"

The voice doesn't sound too unfamiliar, so I do. Only to find it THE Louis Tomlinson.

"Louis?"

"Jess?"

"Wh- what do you need?"

"Can I please come in? There is a huge crowd of girls chasing me and no one is with me. I'll leave right when they pass!"

"Okay, okay. Come in."

I shut the door behind me and run to my room so I can put a shirt on. And when I walk out, Louis is still trying to catch his breath.

"Drink some water."

"Do you live alone?"

"No. I live with my dad. He went out though."

"Oh."

"Louis, why are you acting so awkward? Is everything okay?"

"Yeah just a bit worn out."

"Okay well, I'm going to play my movie. If you need anything, don't ask me. Just.. go around and find things you need yourself."

I didn't mean to sound like a bitch, but this is annoying. I still feel bad for him though. Those girls must have scared the shit out of him.

Louis calls someone and tells them my address so that they can come pick him up. But at the end of the conversation, Louis doesn't seem too happy.

"What? Are you out of your mind? No. She is alone. Plus, you never know what her dad's going to think! Just send me a fucking car! How about a taxi? Guys come on! Hello?"

"They want you to stay over?"

"Yeah. I don't know where they're at, but they said they went a two hour drive to someplace. An they just got there."

"Well, as long as my dad doesn't see you, it's fine with me. I'll help you get settled in, kay?"

"Thank you."
