Love is an Act of War

Calum's POV

I just see a flash of Adria jumping in front of me, and then I hear the gun fire. My heart stops, everything gets blurry, and I start shaking. I look down, at Adria.

Luke's POV

"ADRIA!" I scream, falling to my knees. Everything inside of me has turned into pure pain.

Michael's POV

My eyes widen at the girl lying on the ground, blood pouring from her. She's my sister. And now...

Ashton's POV

I drop the gun, my hands shaking.

"A-Adria." I whisper.

"GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER!" Luke punch me so hard in the face everything goes black.

Luke's POV

Ashton collapses to the ground and I turn back to Adria, "CALUM FUCKING KILL ASHTON." I scream, picking up Adria, "IF HE FUCKING KILLED HER I'LL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL." I yell at Michael. He just stares at Adria in my arms. Calum stands there like an idiot. "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU FUCKING WAITING FOR, CALUM!" I scream. He snaps out of it. I run out the door, holding Adria, and we drive to the hospital.

Adria's POV

The bright lights of whatever building we're in seem to grow brighter every step Luke takes. I shut my eyes for a second. Is this it for me?

Luke's POV

I scream at the nurse to fucking take care of Adria, but she just tells me to calm down.

"DO YOU KNOW WHO THE FUCK I AM BITCH?! SHE'S FUCKING DYING, TAKE HER." I yell. The nurse briefly nods, before Adria is rolled away from me.

I start to pace frantically around the large room.

"Sir, please take a seat." The secretary smiles.

"YOU FUCKING TAKE A SEAT." I snap. If Ashton fucking killed her, I'm dedicating my life to destroying him and his family, and his friends and anybody who mentions his fucking NAME. I'm fucking murdering him.

"Sir we have to do a surgery to get the bullet out." The nurse says.

"STOP FUCKING CALLING ME SIR!" I scream.

"Okay, uhm, what are you using to pay with?" She asks. My eyes widen.

"EXCUSE ME? I'M FROM FUCKING NORBRIDGE I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY!"

"Oh- Wow- Okay, well, then we can't do surgery."

"I DON'T HAVE MONEY SO YOU'RE GOING TO LET THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON I'VE EVER MET DIE?! DO THE FUCKING SURGERY." I yell. I can't think. I can't think about anything. She just keeps haunting my mind.

"We need you to pay-"

"I got it, I got it." Calum says. I turn around confused.

"How do you have money?" I ask.

"I've been saving it. In case I ever leave the-" He glances at the nurse, "Apartment." He hands a huge wad full of cash to the nurse, and she smiles. Money hungry bitch.

"Now do the fcking SURGERY." I say, like, why is she just standing there?

"Okay." She says simply and disapears behind the doors. I finally sit down, and Calum follows me.

"You didn't- You didn't stop her." I say, staring at the white floor.

"I know." He whispers.

"Why?"

"I didn't even realize what was going on until she hit the floor." He whispers. "DAMMIT I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH YOU GUYS." He yells, tears starting to stream down his face.

Calum's POV

"It's okay." Luke says softly.

The last words Adria spoke keep repeating in my head, and they won't stop.

"See ya, Calum."

"How're you so calm right now?" Luke asks.

"When you're whole world is being ripped away from you, it makes no difference whether I'm calm or screaming." I shrug.

"See ya, Calum."

YOU'RE ALL CRYING RIGHT NOW. I'd say I am to but I'm sick so my tears are watery anyway.
