That night it was time for me second set on this club. There are more people that last night. So that was a good sign because last night didn’t go as well as planned.
Now here I was doing my hair waiting for Ashley to come in to tell me it was time.
“Nervous?”
“Yeah but good this time. Last night I knew something was going wrong but now I know it’s mine time to shine.” I got my laptop and walked behind her to the DJ set.
Robbert was already waiting for me.
“You look nice.” He hugged me.
“I’m sorry for this afternoon at the record shop.” He said.
“Forget it.” I waved him off.
“Have fun up there.” He said.
“I’m going to have more fun from now on!” I winked at Ashley and walking to my DJ set with a grin on my face.

I was doing good. The crowd was giving me a good vibe. I could tell that they liked my music.
After a good hour it was time to finish my set. I ending up mixing The Cure, yes the song Naill wanted to play before I walked out of him this afternoon. It brought me back to it. Also what Ashley said. She was right I need my fun. But I’m not sure how Naill feels. I need to focus on my carrier.
Before I know it, I ended my set and thanks the crowd and grabbed my laptop and left the stage.
“Good as always!” Robbert said happy.
“Thanks so much!”
“Champagne!” Ashley yelled and I gave her a high five.
“Let’s go!” Robbert lead us towards the bar.
“Naill, what are you doing here?” Robbert acted surprised but I know he was just playing.
“You called me yourself, dumbhead.” Naill said.
“Ow I did. Now I remember.” He smiled.
“Hi Ashley.” Nail and Ashley hug each other.
“Nail, you shouldn’t have come.” I say when I hugged him.
“Ashley let’s leave them for a moment.” Robbert dragged Ashley away with him.
“Hi.”
“Hi again. You were good up there, again. Even better than last night.”
“Thank you.” I went shy.
“I mean it. What you do is something you love. I can tell. Everyone can tell.”
“Thanks, you don’t have to say that.”
“I think I do. I’m a huge fan already.” He smiled making me smile as well.
“So how was your meeting with Robbert this afternoon?” I changed the subject.
“We shared some ideas and I wrote a track for him. Next time I come to him to record it. Since Robbert has to leave tomorrow as well.”
“Scotland tomorrow.”
“And after Scotland?”
“Back to London for a small festival Robbert got me into to last minute.”
“Is that next week?” I smiled.
“Alright.”
“Where is that champagne Ashley was talking about?”
“I think they are drinking it.” Naill pointed behind me. I turned around and saw Robbert and Ashley. She was not alone though. That guy from last night sit next to her.
“Who is that big guy?” Naill asked.
“They met last night.”
“Ow I remember when they left.”
“So…” I turned back to Naill.
“I’m going to join them.” I was about to turn and walk away when Naill grabbed my wrist.
“Kim, wait one second.” I hear him say. He pulled me close to him. My hand on his chest.
We looked into each other eyes for a good view seconds when I felt his lips touching mine.
I was shocked that he kissed me now. I froze, didn’t kiss him back. He backed away from me but didn’t step back. My hand still resting on his chest.
“Please have dinner with me?” He asked me.
“Mm.. what?” I didn’t think straight.
“Please, come with me.”
“Naill…I…” He kissed me again. This time I open my month and teased his lips. He didn’t wait long to open his month. Our tongues found each other and softly played with each other.
His hand moved to the back of my neck make sure I didn’t stop. Other hand moved to my lower back. I put my arms around his back and my hands go all over his back. I felt his muscles tense.
