I ignore it, I trust him. I just hope he doesn't take advantage from it....

~The next morning~

I still didn't figure out why Luke cut me off, but I'm having this feeling something is wrong. He isn't cheating on me, is he? Oh god, it's driving me insane. It's just one phone call. I gniffle, it's just like 3 years ago. I walk downstairs. I eat breakfast with Melissa and Harry and then I'm going to run for a little bit.


"C'mon Spike, let's go do something sportive." I say.
Spike stands up and we walk outside. I have this weird thing that I always talk to him about my problems and it just seems that he understands it too. Mostly he also seems to notice when something's bothering me. We walk to the beach and from there I begin to run. Spike runs after me in a very slow tempo.
"C'mon boy, you can do that faster!" I yell at him.
He just begins to walk very slow and then he sits down. As if he says 'With running you don't solve your problems'. I sigh, he knows me too well. I walk to him and sit next to him. I stare at the see and he pushes his nose against my arm.
"Okay, take it easy I'll start, but it's not a big deal. I'm just overreacting again." I say to him.
"So, yesterday, I called Luke, to tell him about my chance to get nominated. At the end of the call I said that I trust him and then there was silence for a while and after that he hang up on me." I sigh.
"Seems like trouble in paradise." I hear someone saying behind me. I turn my head and see it's Theo.
"Theo!" I stand up and hug him.
"It's been way too long ago." He says and I need to laugh.
"But it's just a week ago or something."
"That's what I say, way too long."


I giggle and then it begins to get cold. Theo seems to notice it too and says
"It's getting cold. Let's go to my house, it's closer."
I nod my head and walk after him. We walk to his house and I need to say, it's pretty big. We walk inside and I hold my breath, it's beautiful I'm here.
"Wow, it's .... Amazing." I say while I look around.
"Thanks, want something to drink?" He asks.
I nod my head. I sit at one of the chairs at a little bar and Theo puts a glass of water in front of me.
"Thanks."
"No problem."
He sits in a chair next to me and says
"So, you're afraid Luke's cheating on you?"
"What? No, I trust him."
"Aslo not a little bit afraid?"
"No."
"really?"
I sigh. "Okay, I am a little afraid that he's cheating on me. It's not that I wanted to think that, it just happens."
"I know, you just care about him. I had the same with a girl couple years ago."
"What happened."
"She was cheating on me."
"Theo. That doesn't help."
"I'm sorry. and I'm sorry for this too."
Before I could ask where he was sorry for, he pushes his lips against mine. For a few moments I don't know what's going on. When I realize he's kissing me, I push him off.
"Theo! Why did you do that?" I ask.
"I'm so sorry Demi. I didn't know what got into me."
"I think it's better when I go." I say an I leave the house.


I run over the sand with spike still with me. I run totally to my house. When I'm in my room I realize what just happened; I just cheated on Luke. But I couldn't do anything about that. Theo was the one who kissed me.
"Demi, what's wrong?" I hear Mel softly say.
"Nothing Mel."
"The last time you said that, something was wrong so just tell me." She sits next to me.
"Okay, so I was running and I saw Theo, so we talked for a bit and then it was getting cold so we went to his house. I got something to drink and suddenly he just kissed me. I immediatly pulled him off but..."
"You're afraid that Luke will be mad?"
I nod my head.
"Demi, Theo kissed you. Not the other way around. If Luke needs to be mad at someone then that's Theo."
I sigh. "I guess your right.'
"Of course I am, I'm always right remember?" She giggles.
I need to smile. She always knows how to cheer me up.


I go to sleep and try not to think about it anymore.

~a few days later.~

I didn't spoke to Theo anymore. And I still didn't told Luke either. I'm afraid of what he will say. Anyway, it's now almost Christmas. I'm planning on flying back to my family, to also apologize for the last time I saw them. I didn't call them since I'm in Miami. I'm still a little mad at them, but I also regret it a lot.

I dress myself and make breakfast. Just when I'm about to take a bite, the doorbell rings. I sigh. Bad timing much? I walk to the door and open it. I see it's Theo and I immediately close the door.
"Demi, please. I need to tell you something." He says.
How bad can it be? I sigh and open the door,
"What do you want Theo?".......

Hey guys, so from now on I'm like every weekend on a sort of camp thing. With a caravan and stuff like that. And I don't have wifi there and I'm also not allowed to bring my iPad with me, so I can't upload this weekend. I'm so sorry about that But I promise I'll upload on Monday.
