But then I look at Luke and know that I'm not regretting anything all.

~a few days later~

So it's now Friday. My last whole day. I did do a lot these past few days. We went to a zoo and Mel and I checked out every store we could find. I also spent a lot of time with Luke, we've been to the beach a couple times. One time was at midnight, we laid done in the sand for hours watching stars. Until we got caught by a security guy. Luke seemed to know him and he let us go away for that time.


Anyway, it's Friday morning when I wake up next to Luke. I get up and walk to my own room, where I didn't sleep anymore. I sleep with Luke now. Wow, that sounds so wrong. Okay..... We did it a couple times after my first one. No biggy.


I walk to my closet and choose out some shorts and a tank top that I bought here.
I walk downstairs and grab an apple from the table. I don't see anyone so I walk to their backyard.


Their backyard wasn't big, but big enough for them all.
I sit down in one of the chairs and look around, if you are heigh enough you could look over the fence and see the ocean. After like 10 minutes sitting in the sun, I walk back inside.


I still don't see Luke. Normally he would be awake right now. I lifted my shoulders and walk to the couch. I unlock my phone and read the messages that I missed. It aren't a lot, and most of them are from people who I don't like.
When I'm doing with checking what I missed on my phone, I look at the time, it's almost 11:30 a.m.


I walk back to Luke's room, but no one's in there. I look in the whole house but Luke is nowhere to be found. I call Mel, she picks up immediately.
"hey Cupcake, what's wrong?"
"I can't find Luke anywhere. Did you see him?"
There was silence for a minute. Then I hear someone talk to her. It sounds like Mikey.
"uhmm..... No sorry. I didn't see him anywhere. But I can come over if you want to?"
"Who was that talking to you and why amm I knowing that you're lying?"
"that was Mikey. And I'm not lying to you, I didn't see him."
"fine.... Come over then." I hang up the phone and think to myself, seems like I need to wait until he will show up again.


So after 5 minutes the doorbell rings. I open the door hoping it's Luke but seeing Mel of course.
"come in." I say.
We walk to my room, and when we're in my room I see she has something with her.
"what is that?" I ask curiously.
"Ow this.... This are some dresses I picked out for you."
"well, where are you waiting for? Show them!"

She shows me 3 different dresses. One is short, light blhe that turns into purple at the bottom. Then The second one is, long, sexy red one, with a split in the bottom. And the last one is, short and black with some lace at the top.
"Mel there all beautiful." I whisper.
"well, you may choose one and you need to wear that for tonight."
"What's tonight?"
"uhmm.... We're going out." She smiles innocently.
I didn't believe her at all, but if I want to know where Luke is, I'll guess I need to go with it.
"okay." I answer.
"I want the red one."
"YAY!!!!" Mel screams excited.
We burst into a laugh and fall on the ground.


So she helps me in the red dress and does my make up and hair. She chooses some golden jewelry and put it on. When I'm totally ready, she receives a text.
"Cupcake we gotta go." She smirks.
"uh.. Okay." I reply.


So we walk downstairs and the doorbell rings.


I open the door and see Luke standing there, Totally dressed up.
"LUKE!!" I scream at wrap my arms around his neck.
"ready to go princess?" he smirks.
I nod my head and we walk out. Outside stand a limousine. My mouth falls open.
Still amazed Luke and I get into the limousine. I can't see a thing through the windows, because there black.
"where are we going?" I ask
"that's a surprise."
"But I wanna knowwwww" I whine.
"That's not gonna work this time princess."
I turn my back to him and he wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me into him.
I sigh and he smirks because he knows that I can't resist that.


After ten minutes driving we arrive. I walk out and see it's a super fancy restaurant.
We walk inside and the waiter seemed to recognize Luke because he walks to us and takes us with him without saying a word. We walk upstairs to a balcony. there stands a table for two. I stare at the view, you can see whole Sidney from up here. Luke stands behind me and says.
"do you like it?"
"if I like it?!"
"I love it." I whisper, still amazed by the view.
The waiter comes again with lots of food, everything that I like. We sit down and begin to eat. When Luke's finished he says:
"I need to ask you something."
"shoot"
"Well.. " He stands up, grabs my hand and walks to the edge of the balcony.
"I want you to take these.." He shows me two golden rings. One is thicker than the other and has with crystal on it in a row. The other one is thinner and has a dark blue crystal in it with a sort of wings. In those wings were two white crystals on each side.
They were beautiful.
"Luke they're beautifull." I whisper.
"Please, Demi, take them and wear them everyday. And when you look at them, think of me.... Of us." He says.
"Are you afraid that I'm going to forget you?" I ask in disbelief.
"look, Demi, I have no idea if there are any boys that are into you in Holland. So I don't know who I'm against to. I do trust you, but I don't trust them." He says carefully.
"I just don't wanna loose you."
"you're not gonna loose me Luke, I'm yours and only yours." I say putting on the rings he gave me.
He kisses me and says:
"What would I do when you're gone?"
"don't think about that. We have still the whole night, before I leave".
"Stay with me, Demi, please, stay with me."
