Wanting to further her career as an investigative journalist, Suki West accepts a transfer from her hometown of Los Angeles to Tokyo, Japan to report on a series of linked crimes known as ‘The Lady Killer Chronicles’, - college aged women disappearing off campus at Tokyo University and having their deaths recorded and posted onto the internet.

Posing as a university student herself, Suki befriends individuals and professionals all linked with the crimes in an attempt to dig up information and bring the situation to light. Little is she aware though that a certain stranger she stumbled across is quick to find out who she really is and soon enough, she wakes to find herself in the position of all the other disappearing women without a clue if she’ll make it out of the situation alive or not.
