Harry's P.O.V,
"JUST TAKE ME TO HER" I yelled
Sophia moved a step back. She had a scared and confused expression on her face from my sudden out blast.
" I am sorry I didn't mean it," I said
"I...It's alright I understand," she replied
Then we both went outside and got into my car. I soon started the car and starting driving as Sophia was navigating me. I am so pissed off right now. I am not going to hurt somebody especially when it is a girl. But I am not going to just watch and stay silent when somebody is hurting someone I know. Especially when it is somebody I love.
We reached her house. Sophia told me that she lives here alone as her parents are wildlife photographers and they both travel together. But due to their busy schedule, they are not able to stay home very often. They rarely come home. It made me smile a little bit as it made me think of me and Nancy I wish we could stay together for always even when we are at work like them it would be a lot of fun. But for now, she needs to wake up. It's more frustrating as doctors are not allowing me to see her as they are saying that only families are allowed inside. But I will somehow find a way to see her. But for now, I have to meet Emily.
We got out of the car and I went towards the door and rang the bell. After a minute, Emily opened the door. When she saw me she started smiling as if nothing happened. I always knew Emily likes me. But she is not my type of girl. I also know that the main reason she likes me is that I am popular. Also, Emily is a bit like a psychopath; a very greedy one.
"Oh hi, Harry. Didn't expect you would ever come to my home," She said
"Don't act like you haven't done anything," I said
"Haven't done what?........Oh you are talking about Nancy it was an accident and anyway I was drunk," she said still smiling.
"Hitting somebody with a bottle while when they were alone is not an accident"
"Common leave it, Harry. Who cares about her anyways."
"I do and if anything happens to her then you are done"
"Oh, common Harry you won't hurt a girl will you?"
"Yeah but the police sure will give you what you deserve"
"Y..You are not telling the police are you right?"
"Yes I will"
"Please don't tell the police. Anyways nothing happened to her"
"Nothing? she is in coma"
"C...C...Coma?"
"Yeah "
"I am sorry. I didn't mean it."
"I don't wanna hear it but if anything happens to Nancy, You will sure regret it. Mark my words"
I went towards my car and drove back towards the hospital. Me and Sophia didn't talk about anything and the ride went silently.
We reached the hospital and I tried to get in and the nurse stopped me again but this time Adam, her brother stopped them and told them that it was alright and that they know me. So, I went inside. I saw her sleeping there. Breathing through the oxygen mask. She was sleeping peacefully. She is beautiful like an angel in disguise. She had everything I dreamed about. Blue eyes, good sense of humor and cuteness. Maybe it is more accurate to say she is more than I ever asked for. Her mother and Adam left me alone. Maybe to give us some privacy. I sat on the stool nearby. I said,
"Hey, Nancy. I don't know if you can hear me. Probably not. But I just wanna say that you are the best thing that ever happened to me. When I first saw you, you made me forget everything about my surrounding and my past. I started smiling after months. I was happy again. I was ashamed that I was depressed over someone who never truly loved me. I never believed in love at first sight but you made me believe in it. I cannot imagine a life without you. I cannot live without you, Nancy please don't leave me alone. Please wake up baby. I love you"
Suddenly, there was a sound from one of the machine. I saw Nancy breathing at a very rapid speed. Doctors and nurses came rushing in. I thought she was waking up. But when I saw the doctors face I could see he was worried. Which made me worry too.
"Doctor her blood pressure is increasing rapidly" I heard one of the nurses say.
"We have to act fast her brain is going through some kind of stress it can be dangerous. Quick give me the injection" the doctor said
"Doctor, what's happening?" I asked
Then a nurse came and took me outside telling me to calm down. But it only made me more scared. I don't know what's going on but I am pretty much sure it's not a good thing.
"God, please save Nancy." I prayed
