Summer Sky | L.T.

Of course I said yes, I mean who wouldn't. That night went straight to number one on my top 10 favourite nights. We spend our time entangled with each other under the summer sky. The next day we told his parents and my family. I called Ashley and James and after a lot of screaming they finally congratulated us and according to Ashley I now owe her big time.

We spend the remaining time of the summer to get to know each other all over again and we were into the same things. 'Louis, what will you do when we return to England?' I asked him when we were lying on our favourite spot. 'I'm thinking about opening a tattoo parlour, I do have the correct papers for it so why not?' I turned on my stomach so I could look at him. He stared back like he always did.

'I think that's a brilliant idea.' He kissed the top of my nose and that was how it went most days. He moved into my room and never left through the window anymore. When summer ended we were back in Cambridge and Louis had moved in. We attended the wedding of Ashley and James and did everything we should be doing as a couple.

One morning I woke up being violently nauseas and as I bolted out of the bed I heard Louis mumble something. 'Sky are you okay?' he walked into the bathroom and helped me. After I was finished I met his gaze. He looked worried but I was already feeling fine and after dressing myself for a day at work, he got ready to finish his tattoo parlour, which looked amazing by the way. He was friends with a graffiti artist and he helped him decorate the walls.

The next morning was the same and the morning after that as well and I really thought I was just having some kind of weird flu that is until Louis handed me a package. I opened it and saw a pregnancy test. 'Really?!' I asked him and he just nodded 'I asked my mom what it could be so she told me to give you a test.'

I did the test and what do you think, it was positive, we were having a kid and according to the doctor it wouldn't be as long as normally because I was already 4 months on it's way. When I told Louis the results he couldn't be happier, he was so changed since last year and I loved him more every day. The months flew by and we did get married but it wasn't a big thing and we only invited James and Ashley. We told our families a week after we got married and at first they were angry that we didn't invite them but we explained them why we didn't want to make a big deal out of it.


The night my water broke was a chaos as it was storming outside and there were a lot of people who were getting hurt by flying object, so when we arrived at the hospital I had never seen it so crowded. 'my wife is having the baby right now' Louis yelled over all the noise. One of the nurses came to my rescue and brought me to a private room. It wasn't an easy birth and I was actually cursing at Louis, who didn't protest once whilst I was squeezing his hand. After what felt forever she finally arrived and there is nothing more precious then holding your own perfect little girl. Louis cried, I cried and Louis showed her to waiting family as everyone was sitting in the waiting room. I couldn't be happier, who would have thought that after everything I went through I would be happy and married with the most beautiful girl, yeah not me for sure but here I am living the dream. People tell me that I just got lucky but I believe it was faith.
