Summer Sky | L.T.

I couldn't help but think the same thing. I just didn't say it as I was feeling pretty insecure right now. He stroked my face once more before stepping back and to be honest I was happy he did that. I needed my space right now, with all those mixed feelings. I still wanted him to leave but then again I did not. "Do you still want me to leave?" he had a knowing smile on his face and I know I was hooked. "No I don't want you to leave." I mumbled, this was enough for him to pick the courage to kiss me again but this time he didn't wait to deepen the kiss, he went straight for it.

I had to pull back, as I was beginning to feel anxious. "Louis we have to stop." I know he was disappointed but he didn't object and stopped immediately. But before pulling back completely he gave me a sweet peck on the lips. "You're mine now." That was totally creepy. "God Louis, be more stalker like." I said whilst pushing him away from me but I couldn't hide my smile. He just laughed and walked away. "Wait, where you going?" He just waved whilst walking down the stairs, leaving me here in my doorway. I shrugged and entered my room again, I decided to take a swim. I quickly changed into my black bikini and walked to the swimming pool that my aunt had in her backyard.

I put the towel on one of the lounge chairs and took a dive. It was so refreshing after a day like this but I had to admit that I was feeling much better. I floated on my back watching the clouds drift by. It was a bit colder then the other days but it still was really hot. I loved looking at the clouds and imagine shapes in them and normally I would do this with Lindsey but you know how that ended. With everything that had happened the last few days, I was happy to see that I wasn't alone and that there was someone who did like me for me even if he was broken himself.

"Sky?!" Lucian came running out of the house, making me loose balance. I went under and came back up coughing the water up that I had swallowed. "What?!" I yelled back between coughs. I swam towards the edge of the pool where Lucian was waiting impatiently for me. "You have to go shopping with me!" He was acting like a spoiled little kid but for some reason I couldn't say no. "Sure, let me take a shower and then we can go."

"Yes!" Lucian went back inside pulling me behind him. I took a shower within 5 minutes and pulled on a summer dress with sandals. I put my hair in a high ponytail and grabbed my sunglasses. "Where are we going?" I had already explored the town and there wasn't a shopping centre. "I'm not telling you, it's a surprise." I didn't like surprised but I couldn't exactly turn him down now. We hopped into the car and he drove us to a lovely harbour with a lot of shopping stalls and there was even a fair.

"This look amazing.!" He was beaming at me and started to pull me along as we went down all the little shops and stalls. I had never seen so many colourful clothes in the same row, It was brilliant! There was a stall with a lot of maxi dresses and I really needed to buy one, as they looked amazing. They looked like sunsets, with all those deep colours. "Lucian, what do you think?" I walked out of the fitting room. "You look hot as hell, I didn't know you had legs that could go on forever!" I felt a blush make it's way to my cheeks. "I will get this then." I turned around to change back into my own clothes.

"Sky, the real reason I asked you to tag along is because I really need to talk to you." I walked out of the dressing room and stopped when I was in front of him. "Okay, what do you want to talk about?" I knew this was a stupid question because I already knew what he wanted to talk about. "I overheard you and Louis, I'm really sorry I shouldn't have eavesdropped but I really couldn't stop listening' he explained. He look guilty but I wasn't even angry with him. 'It's okay, I guess' It wasn't but there was nothing I could do at this point, there was no point in lying about it now. 'Sky is what you told Louis really true, did Mike really do that to you?'

'Yes he did and not only him but it's in the past and I really don't want to be rude but I really don't want to talk about it again.' Lucian nodded and to my horror I could see the pity in his eyes. 'but just so you know, if you ever want to talk about it with someone, I'm here okay?' I just smiled at him 'You know I'm famished, let's get something to eat.' I walked to the check out counter and paid for the maxi dress.

'Do you know where we can get proper food?' Lucian grabbed my arm and pulled me with him to one of the restaurants with an amazing view. We were seated on the terrace with the most amazing view. We were looking out over the harbour, whilst the sun was already setting. It had something magical and romantic, it made me think of Louis. 'Sky are you still here?' I heard Lucian say and it actually made me giggle. 'I'm sorry Lucian, I was just thinking how romantic this must be if you are here with the one you love.' He smiled mischievously at me 'You were thinking of Louis, weren't you?' I pretended to put a lock on my lips but that only made him laugh.

'You know I'm actually quite jealous of you. I could've sworn that Louis was gay but noooo, you had to show up here and mess with his head and steal him from me.' I shook my head at that because that was not true I never stole anyone from Lucian. 'I don't think Louis likes me like that, this is just a silly summer fling, nothing more.' Right when Lucian opened his mouth the waitress arrived at our table. We ordered and waited for the food to arrive, not mentioning Louis again. After dinner we paid and decided to take a stroll on the docks.

"Why do you think Louis doesn't like you like that?' Why couldn't he just let it go 'Look at me Lucian, I'm damaged goods and he is a drugs addict, the only reason why we are hanging out and sometimes kiss is because we are two sad individuals. We are attracted to each other because we have problems not because we actually like each other.'

'If you really think that is the only reason he likes you, then you are really stupid.' He said whilst stopping me. I looked around us and was enjoying the view, we were in front of a huge yacht. The sun had finally set and it somehow made it even more beautiful. Lucian scraped his throat to get my attention again. I sighed before reacting. 'Yeah please tell me what you think of me.' I couldn't help but sound sarcastic. 'It's not really a judgement but I don't know why you think he doesn't really like you?' I gave him a shrug 'I'm not looking for a boyfriend Lucian, so please let it go.' But he wasn't going to let it go, he was my family and had my stubbornness. 'You're just afraid.' He mumbled but he was right, I was and was that so strange after what happened?

'Let's just drop this okay and enjoy the evening.' I put my arm around his waist and started walking towards the carnival. 'I really could use some candy cotton, do you want some?' He nodded, so we walked to the candy cotton booth and bought some strawberry flavoured cotton when Lucian suddenly pulled on my arm. 'What's wrong?' he only pointed with a trembling finger. I followed his finger and it felt like the ground was blown away from underneath my feet because there was the one person I thought I could escape.

'I need to get out of here.' I was in full panic mode right now and Lucian started to pull me with him but I couldn't move. It felt like my feet were glued to the ground. 'Sky snap out of it!!' Lucian had raised his voice, I still didn't respond though and that's when Lucian slapped me right across my face. He pulled me with him again but it was too late, Mike had spotted us already and was walking towards us.

I turned around and started to run to the parking lot were our car was parked and I heard Lucian follow me. I had never run this fast in my entire life and when I spotted the car I couldn't feel happier. We finally reached it and almost jumped in the car. Lucian started the car and I locked the doors from the inside. Mike had come up at my side of the car and he was really trying to open the door. 'Sky get out of that car!' I pretended he wasn't there, I know this must ticked him off because out of nowhere he started banging the window.

'DRIVE LUCIAN!!' I screamed at him and we bolted out of the parking lot. 'Sky are you okay?' Lucian asked after we drove for 20 minutes. I ignored him though as I couldn't answer him right now because I wasn't okay, I was far from okay.

'How did he find me?'
