Old Friend

It was Saturday night. The night that we all went to see a One Direction show. Harry picked us up.
“Kim, are you ready?” Julie yelled from the hallway. Janet and Laura were already waiting for me. When I walked over to them I saw that Harry was standing there to, holding Julie close.
“Hi.” I said putting my jacket on.
“Girls, ready to go?” Harry said holding the door for all of us. I was walking behind Julie because I was going to close the door. I made a fake smile at Harry and we walked to the cars.
“I will drive with Harry. Who wants to come along?” Janet said yes so she stepped in his car. Laura was going to join me in my car.
“Can you please tell me what’s going on with you and Harry?”
“Mm... I had a crush on him when I just met him and he found out about that this week.”
“Still have a crush on him right?”
“No… Yes… I don’t know. Don’t tell anyone. Not even Janet, please.”
“No I won’t say a thing. Let’s go to meet the others and have fun.”

We arrived at the arena they were performing.
“I’m not sure where the rest of the guys are.” Harry said while grabbed his phone.
“Make yourselves comfortable, I will go find them.” He left us in the dressing room.
“I can’t wait for the show.” Julie said.
“You have seen them before right?” Janet asked.
“I have but still. It’s so sexy to see Harry up there.” She smirked.
Suddenly the door opens and Harry walked in first followed by three others.
“Guys, this are the girls I’ve been talking about. Laura and Janet over there, you already know Julie.” The guys hugged my friends.
“Louise, Liam and Naill , this is the girl I told you about, Kim.” Harry said proudly.
“I’m glad to finally meet the girl he can’t stop talking about for the last couple of days.” Louis said.
“Really now?” I smiled.
“You did?” Julie asked, putting her arms around Harry.
“Yes and all good things. Don’t worry.” Harry joked pushing her away and pulls me in a hug.
“Nice meeting you all.” The guys said and we all settle down.

The show was awesome. So much energy. It rocked and the fans were really loud. The louder they screamed, the more the guys liked it.
The after party was at Harry’s place. I had a good talk with Louis. About the XFactor and stuff.

I realize at the end of the evening that Harry and I didn’t talk to each other. I was feeling tired and wanted to go home.
“I’m off. I’m tired and need some sleep.”
“We want to stay here.” Janet said.
“That’s ok I can drive you home if you want?” Liam said.
“Can you bring me too than?” Laura asked.
“Sure I can.”
“Ok than, nice seeing you again guys.”
As I walked to the door to get out I heard that I was followed.
“Kim, wait a second.” It was Harry. We got our coats on and walked outside.
“We need to talk.” He said and I nodded.
“I know but do we have to do this now? I mean your girl is sitting inside waiting for you.”
“Your right but she is spending the night so she can wait for a minute or five.” We sat down in front of his house.
“I’m really sorry about the other night. If I ever know that you had a crush on me, I never would bring that up.”
“That’s ok. I never told you.”
“How long you had a crush on me?” He asked.
“Way too long!” I joked.
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Because I didn’t want to lose you.”
“To be honest with you I had a crush on you to.” I looked at him surprised.
“You were? Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Same reason, didn’t want to lose you.” We both started to laugh.
“Think I need to go inside now.” He said.
“Yes. I had a great night, Harry. It was nice meeting the rest of the band.”
“Glad you enjoyed it. Call me soon, okay?” He said while we were standing up. The door opened.
“Harry, are you coming? The guys are asking about you.” Julie said.
“Yes, be there in a minute. Close the door for a minute.” He said. Julie didn’t understand why he was asking her to do that.
We were waiting until she finally closed the door.
“Goodnight Harry.” I hugged him.
“So we are friends again?” He said while we were still hugging.
“Yes, we are.” With that I walked to the car.
“And Kim, what do you tomorrow night?”
“Nothing yet.”
“I will pick you up at 8 if you like. Let’s watch a movie or something.” He said on his funny way. I started to laugh and stepped into the car.
“See you tomorrow than.” I waved him goodbye and I drove off.
