Everything was blurry and spinning, like a merry-go-round. Bright Lights passed by quickly above me, a man in a white cover and green scrubs shined a bright light in my eyes. He was talking, I could see his mouth moving, but all I heard was "Ssss- aaaaa-raahhh, ssss-aaaa-rraaahh" in choppy syllables. I closed my eyes, in all gave me a head ache. But again the man forced me to keep them open. I felt a large hand caress my cheek, Niall. "S-sorry" I muttered, letting my eyes close. "No, no" blurry tears rolled down his blurry face. I reached up to touch his face, I needed to know he was actually there, In front of me. "Why?" He asked, nearly a whisper. He saw, my ugly, withered, body. "I- I" I mumbled, tears of shame escaping. Before I was forced to answer, a nurse held him back as I was taken through a pair of doors. I saw Niall tussle his dirty blonde hair, tears now staining his eyes red. I gulped and blinked back sobs myself. A mask was put over my mouth and nose, seconds later it was impossible to keep my eyes open. It went black cold and numb.

I woke up in a stream, the water was so cool and refreshing. I swam and splashed, played with my self. I started to just float, I heard birds chirping in trees, saw a drinking from the bank with its mother. All of a sudden, I was lifted from the water, I looked down to see Niall, holding me in his arms. "Sarah?" He asked, eyes soft. "Niall" I replied. "Why?" He asked. "Please wake up" his expression turned more to fear as all my surroundings turned bright and over whelming
