Saying goodbye
Alex’s POV
I laid down next to Louis and snuggled under the covers. He shifted so I could use more of the blankets and then fluffed his pillows. My hand rested on his chest while one of his arms was around me. His feet were crossed while my legs were draped over him. Neither of us needed to talk to feel comfortable, the silence was okay with us.
The movie started playing so I nuzzled my head into the crook of his arm and looked at the screen. He moved my feet so they were crossed between his legs, which made both of us more comfortable. His breath hit my forehead before his lips pressed against my skin lightly making a smile creep onto my face.
"Don't get me wrong, I love everything about this life but I'm so happy to get a break." Niall sighed from the dressing rooms.
I nodded and pulled my jacket out of my bag. Louis and I were going to his moms house tonight and it was cold outside. The other guys were going home, even Niall was flying home. With a week off, we all got to see our families.
“Hey babe, you almost ready?” Louis asked walking over to me with his bags.
“Yea, I just need to go grab my charger.” I mumbled looking up from my bag to see him holding a cup of coffee. “May I please have a drink of that?” I was almost begging.
He smiled and handed it to me. I let the sweet coffee run over my tongue and down my throat before giving the cup back. He set it down on the counter and set his bags down on the ground with a “thud” then walked away toward my charger. When he came back, he was holding it.
“Thanks.” I took it from his outreached hand and shoved it in my purse. “I’ll go tell Paul that we’re leaving.”
“Okay, I’ll go put the stuff in the car.” He picked up a few of the bags as I walked in Paul’s direction.
“Hey Paul, Louis and I are leaving okay?” I slipped my phone out of my back pocket as I spoke.
“Alright, just be careful and have fun.” He smiled. “Have a nice vacation.”
“You too.” I smiled walking back to the dressing rooms where I found that all of our bags were gone and Louis was talking to Niall. “Ready?”
“Yep, say your goodbye’s.” He sat down as Niall stood up.
“Bye Princess.” He smiled pulling me into his famous “Horan Hugs”.
“Goodbye My King.” I mumbled into his chest.
When he let me go, he kissed my cheek and sent me on my way to the other side of the dressingroom where I found Harry, Liam and Zayn shirtless and packing. I walked over to Liam first and poked his muscly shoulder.
“Leaving already?” He asked looking at me.
“Yea, I just came over here to say bye.” I pouted as he hugged me.
“Bye Teeny.” He smiled when he let go of me.
“Bye Lili.” I turned to see Zayn waiting for me to hug him. “Bye Oreo.”
“Bye Lex.” We both went in for the hug.
This whole hugging shirtless guys thing used to be awkward to me but not anymore. But I cant blame them for being shirtless, they all look great. I thought to myself as we pulled back. Harry was next and he already had his arms out for a hug. I think out of all of them, Harry definitely has the best body. I love Louis’s body though. Why is Harry’s chest do warm? Why am I questioning it though, it feels nice against my cold skin. We pulled back and looked at each other.
“Goodbye Love.” He smiled.
“Bye my Hipsta.” I mumbled letting go of him.
I waved to them and walked back toward Louis and Niall. Louis stood up and hugged Niall before looking down at me.
“Bye lads.” He smiled at them.
“Bye!” They all called back while waving.
I slipped my hand into Louis’s and looked up into his eyes. He smiled at me then started leading me to the car.
