I find the key under the pot plant and unlock the door. He really needs to rethink his hiding spot for his key. I have my long rectangular nike bag and run up the stairs I remove the mattress from the bed and collect all the yellow envelopes my god how many are there. Once I am done I go back down and lock the door and put the key back. Then I head next door where I used to live with my aunt and uncle live who I have no idea where they are. I empty the bag in the rubbish bin and take it to the backyard bin and set it on fire and it all melts away thank god.
I then hear the doorbell I go back inside and can see sirens. I open the door and it's a police officer stay clam Evie. "Miss do you mind to answer a couple of questions". he says and I nod.
"Do you know by any chance where Mr Styles is?" he asks
"Um no sorry" I lie, ok I lied to the police people don't get arrested for that do they?
"Ok well thank you." He says and I about to close the door, but he turns back around and I can see him looking in the corner of his eye. "Sorry miss do you mind if I come in quickly" he says and I nod and step out of the way. I then see him pick up the Nike bag and I start to shake. I see his hand moving around in it, stay calm stay calm. He then empties it on the couch and picks up a yellow envelope SHIT I THOUGHT I GOT RID OF THEM ALL.
He opens it up and out comes out a small packet of Marijuana. I look down at the floor.
"Miss your under arrest for the possession of drugs" he gets his handcuffs out and chains me up. "Let's go." He says practically forcing me out the door.
Harry's POV:
I am walking home I could not be bothered with school anymore. As I get closer to my house why the hell is their a police car outside my house, shit no they can't know" I then see a cop come out of Evie's old house and they have someone handcuffed. FUCK IT'S EVIE what the hell is happening. I run over to them "Um excuse me sir why are you arresting her?" I ask him.
"None of your business son." he says "Well I'm her brother so yes it is" I lie eww why would I say that I'm her brother.
"Are you aware that your sister has been involved with drugs?" he says and my eyes widen. Evie is just looking at me 'shut up' she mouths. "You can meet us at the station." he says.
As he puts Evie in the car I can see someone running and it's Oscar. "EVIE EVIE" the car drives off.
Evie's POV:
"EVIE, EVIE" I hear someone yell my name I see it's Oscar. "Excuse me sir can you stop one second please."
"No can do sweetheart" he smirks. "PLEASE MY YOUNGER BROTHER I JUST NEED A SECOD" I yell at him. He then pulls over and opens my car door. I run over to Oscar.
"Baby go with Harry please" I bend down and hug him with the police guard standing behind me. "EVIE NO PLEASE COME HOME" He yells I see Harry come over to us. "Please Oscar, Harry will keep you safe" I say looking at him. Harry then picks Oscar up but he keeps yelling. "EVIE NO EVIE" he yells as I return to the police car and he drives off.
Harry's POV:
"Ok buddy wait here one minute" I put Oscar on the couch. I run up the stairs into my room and see my mattress is missing from the bed, and all the yellow envelopes are gone. FUCK Evie must have done this. Why would she do this to herself, put herself in danger like this especially when I have been such a dick towards her. I punch the wall and slide down it and begin to cry, yes cry. I cannot believe this is all happening the girl I love who doesn't deserve me has risked her life for me. FUCK I need to fix this right now. I get up and pull my shit together I call the boys and tell them everything, they have yelled at me. Oscar is back at the house with the girls and the boys are heading to the police station with me so hopefully we can get her out.
"We are here to bail Evelyn Mcguire out of here" I say.
"Ahh yes pretty little girl who knew she would do such a dirty, dirty thing" the creep says making my fists clench.
"Well it says here in order to bail out she owes $10,000" my eyes widen. "Ok yep do you take cheques?" I say.
"HARRY!" the boys yell at me.
I turn around "what?". "That's a lot of money" Liam says, "thanks captain obvious". I raise my voice a bit. "How can you afford it? "Niall asks and I look at him.
"From schelling drugs Ni" Louis says looking at me. I roll my eyes, "What I think it's weird that he is paying for this, is because of what he did that she took the blame for." Louis says making perfect sense.
"That aside I actually do have a job" I say trying to defend myself.
"YOU DO" they all say. "Yes, yes I do a stupid no body low life like me as a job" I growl and return to writing my cheque.
