The Boy I Fell In Love With
"Yes."
Samantha's POV
His words were so cracked, broken, hurt. They cut through me, and I suddenly realized how sad he was. How unbelievably selfish I was.
Louis was kneeling down on the sidewalk, still holding my hand. "Yes," I said softly, "Yes, you can have a second chance."
Louis's POV:
Suddenly, I was crying, tears dripping onto Sammie's hand. I know I should be smiling since I was forgiven. But what was so touching was that Sammie loved me enough to give me a second chance. Even if I didn't deserve one.
Her hand was placed on my head, stroking my hair. I glanced up at her face, her eyes, and I said, "No more secrets, no more lies. I want to prove to you again my love for you and only you." And with that, I kissed her.
