Pancakes

Rachels P.O.V.

I awoke, with a pair of strong arms wrapped around me. My.eyes fluttered open and I turned to see Louis. I giggled at how cute he was when he slept. I was surprised when he woke up too. Had my giggling really been that loud?

"Morning Evans" he whispered. "Morning" I yawned back. "Did you sleep well?" he asked. I grinned. "Yeah, you?" I replied. "Never slept better before in my life" his answer made me blush. "You wanna get some breakfast?" I asked. "I dont think we have anything to make for breakfast, Niall ate all the food, remember?" Louis reminded me. "Oh yeah... Well how about we go to some cafe or something?" I suggested. He thought about it for a minute before nodding.

We got out of his bed and the cool air hit my legs and made me shiver. "Ok, stay quiet" he whispered walking down to the laundry room. He instantly found a pair of pyjama bottoms with polka dots for me. "Thanks" I yawned, throwing them on quickly.

We made our way out of the house and into Louis car. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the nearest cafe. Before we got in, Louis pulled a pair of sunglasses and a beanie out of the glove box. I giggled as he put them on. "We're in pyjamas Lou, that might draw us enough attention without you wearing sunglasses inside" I laughed. He grinned but didn't take them off. "You ready?" he asked. I nodded, getting out of the car.

Louis P.O.V.
I couldntdn't help but laugh as we walked into the cafe, dressed in pyjamas. Rachel was about the only girl I had ever met that would go out in public in pyjamas. When we got to the counter we saw that there were pancakes on offer. "Lou.. I didn't bring any money" Rachel turned to me sheepishly. I rolled my eyes. "I suppose you can sponge off me" I said loudly. She laughed. As if I was going to let her pay nyways. We ordered our pancakes and made our way to a table. "Do you think the others will be really mad?" she asked me as we sat down. I shrugged. "Well normally when I have foodfights with girls and then let them.sleep in my bed it takes about a day to get over it" I replied. She rolled her laughing. The waitress came over with our pancakes and Rach literally lit up. "Damn girl, you like pancakes" I said in the best American accent I could manage. Rachel grinned. "Yeah" she laughed.

After we had eaten the pancakes, we decided to go for a walk. It was a pretty quiet morning, empty streets and all so I took Rachels hand. She didn't seem to mind and we kept walking. I decided to tell her how the ring actually ended which had her laughing hysterically within minutes. I loved the sound of her laugh. But what I loved more was knowing I caused it.

We eventually decided on going back to the house, dealing with the others. We walked into the house and when we walked into the kitchen, all eyes turned to us. "There you are!" Kylee exclaimed. "You had us worried sick mate" Liam added. "Sorry" I said simply. "You guys are all over twitter you know" Natalia told us. "What?" I asked. "Yeah, pictures of you going into the cafe. Pictures of you ordering food, eating your food, holding hands and laughing." Zayn told me handing me his phone. I saw Rachel bite her lip as I read the caption. 'Louis' new girlfriend.'
It went on for a bit about how "Louis and his new mystery girlfriend casually popped into a local cafe for breakfast. The couple were then seen taking a romantic walk." I studied Rachels face as she read it. She shrugged when she pulled back. "Nothing we can do about it now" she said simply. I was literally shocked speechless. Most girls would freak out or be super excited or ver angry but Rachel just took it calmly. I smiled. She was my kind of girl.
