Strong (Book 2 in the No Control series)

After another full week of morning sickness for me, we’ve finally managed to get all three of the lads over at the house together, so we can tell them.
“Niall, how are you?”
He gives me a big hug. “”Great, I’ve missed you and Liam.”
“Liz, how are, Love?”
“I’m good, Louis.”
Harry finishes hugging Liam, then moves to me.
He hugs me, whispering in my ear. “Sweet Lizzie, you look beautiful.”
“Thank you. How are you?”
He smiles. “I’m good.”
They all take a seat in the livingroom, while I finish up a couple things in the kitchen.

“Need any help?”
“You could put all this on the tray for me, H.”
As he works beside me, I turn to him. “Are you really doing well?”
He smiles. “I’m fine, Lizzie.”
I take a deep breath. “I know it’s none of my business, but I’ve seen some pictures online.” I pause.
“And?” Harry asks.
“Just please be careful of who you trust...who you let in.”
He leans down, kissing my forehead. “I appreciate your concern, Lizzie, but I’m fine.”

“Ready, Liz?”
I turn to Liam. “Yes, all ready.”

“So lads, Liz and I have some news. You’re all gonna be uncles.”
My eyes quickly go to Harry. He looks down briefly, then stands up with the other guys. We all share hugs. While Niall and Louis talk with Liam, I check in with Harry. “What do you think, Uncle H?”
He hugs me, then pulling back, looking in my eyes. “Lizzie, babies are always a good thing. I’m honestly very happy for you and Liam. I knew you were glowing today.”

I grab my water, as the guys all toast to the newest member of the band.
