Liam's POV

I just got home from my date with Danielle and I feel really guilty about not picking up Lexi. As I opened the door I heard a ruckus, I quickly ran inside and saw Niall on top of someone.

"What is going on here?" I exclaimed

I saw them look at me, then Niall got off the person and I was shocked to see that it was Lexi. I didn't recognize her because of the clothes that she's wearing.

"Alexi..." she cut me off before I could even shout her whole name, she then dragged me to the nearest room.

"Lexi why did you drag me here? And why are you dressed likethat?" I asked her.

"Don't call me that Liam, well not infront of the guys, from now on I'm Alex, Ok." She told me

"But why?" I asked

"You know it Liam, I know you do." She said. Then it hit me.

"Are you doing this because of what happened to you?" I asked

She nodded and started sobbing. I gave her a hug.

"Sh.....sh it's alright, I'm right here. I won't let anything happen to you." I said trying to soothe her.

"Thanks Li, I really appreciate that" she said

"You don't have to thank me, it's my duty to protect you." I said kissing her forehead "But what was happening in there a while ago?" I asked after.

"Oh see we're just playing nerf war and I have to admit, it was real fun playing with them." She answered me.

"Lexi, you have to be more careful next time, you might get hurt or even worse, they might discover what you're trying to hide." I said

"Don't worry Li, I've got it covered" she assured me

"Uhm Lexi" I said

"Yeah?" she asked

"Sorry I didn't pick you up at the airport." I said

"It's alright Li, you were with Danielle so I understand." She said

"Let's go, the guys might wonder what's taking us so long." I said

"Ok" she said

As we got out of the room I saw four pair of eyes staring at us.

"Ey why'd ya drag Liam to the room with ya bro?!" Niall asked

"Yeah, why?" Zayn added

"Uhm, I really missed my brother and I wanted to spend some time with him." Lexi said

"Oh..." they answered in chorus

"Who wants to eat lunch?" Harry asked

"I do!" We answered all together

"Where do you guys wanna eat?" Louis asked

"Nandos!!!" Niall shouted

"What's that?" Lexi asked and Niall looked at him weirdly

"You don't know what Nandos is?!" Niall exclaimed and Lexi shook her head no.

"Well then let's go!" Niall shouted as he dragged Lexi by the hand and led us to Nandos, it was just by the block in the street next to the complex we live in.

Alexis' POV

I was taken aback by how firmly he held my hand, it was really soft, maybe I was actually a bit blushing but I had to hide it, but his eyes..... They're too dreamy... 'Alex! Snap out of it, you're supposed to be a guy and you can't be possibly be falling for him, you shouldn't even be trusting anyone!' I thought to myself.

"Uhm Alex?" Niall asked snapping me out of my thoughts

"Huh, what" I asked snapping back to reality

"I was asking about what you wanted to eat." Niall said

"Could you just choose for me Niall, you know better." I said

"Uhm sure I'll be right back." Niall said then left to order our food.

"Are you ok, Alex?" Harry asked

"Uhm yeah why wouldn't I be?" I asked

"Well you zoned out a little earlier." Harry said

"Oh sorry" I said

After a few minutes Niall returned with all our food.

"Bonapetite!" Niall said as we dug on the food on the table.

"So...What can you say about the food here Alex?" Niall asked

"Not really my type" I answered

"Say what?!" Niall exclaimed

"It's really good, but it's just not my type though." I said

"Bet everything in Nandos are the best! How could you not like it?!" Niall exclaimed

We got to this really long argument about the food 'till Liam told us off.

"Hey guys just stop it! Just eat your food." Liam shouted

"Whatever, she started it." Niall mumbled

"I heard that!" I shouted

This started a glaring contest between us.

"Enough! You two are acting like children. Now Niall apologize to Alex and Alex apologize to Niall." Liam ordered

"Sorry" we mumbled to each other

"Ok now eat your food quietly." Liam said firmly

After eating we headed home.

"Hey guys why don't we play truth or dare." Louis suggested

"Ok" we all answered

We gathered in the living room and sat on the floor and formed a circle. Louis got the bottle and started the game, as he spun the bottle it slowly stopped and pointed at Zayn.

"As a homecoming gift to Alex you have to kiss him right on the lips." Louis dared

When I heard Louis say that I just panicked and froze in place. My heart was pounding as Zayn got closer and closer until our lips were just millimetres away when.........
