Chapter 1 - Meeting The Boys
'We have now arrived in London. Thank you for choosing British airways. Have a nice day.' As I heard the recording, I quickly gathered my stuff and got off the plane. The airport was packed with people. I looked for Liam but didn't find him. Instead I saw a curly headed boy holding a sign with my name on it.
'This must be Harry' I thought while approaching him.
"Uhm excuse me." I said tapping on his shoulder.
"Are you Alex?" he asked
"Yeah nice meeting you." I said putting out my hand for him to shake but instead he pulled me into a 'bro-hug'. When we broke apart I looked at him weirdly.
"I'm a hugger" he said with a cheeky grin.
"Uhm ok.... So where's Liam?' I asked
"Oh he's with Danielle now but you'll see him later." He said picking up my bags and leading me to the car. I grabbed my other stuff and followed him.
As we drove home, he chatted with me about senseless but cute things and he also said that Liam never mentioned me to him and the boys before.
"Maybe he just forgot because I was only 14 when I went to America to study and he met you guys a year after." I said 'But the truth is that it's because he's really protective.' I thought to myself.
"Oh.....Ok" Harry said then there was a moment of silence.
It went on for the whole car ride.
"We're here Alex." Harry said snapping me out of my thoughts.
Harry picked up my bags and led me to the front of the house. The moment we stepped into the porch and opened the door I was startled when a bullet from a nerf gun hit me right at the center of my forehead, and then I realized that the boys were playing a nerf war.
"Oh we have a visitor." Louis exclaimed
"By the way boys this is Alex, Liam's baby brother." Harry said while putting my bags in the living room.
"Alex this is Louis, Niall and Zayn." Harry said introducing the boys to me.
"Hey Alex, you wanna join us?" Zayn asked
"Uhm no thanks." I said
"Come on Alex it'll be fun." Niall said with a smile.
"Ok, I'm in." I said
Louis then handed me and Harry a nerf gun.
"Ok let's split up into two teams....."
"But we have an odd number of members." I interrupted
"That's Ok,let's make it two against three. Niall, you're with me while Zayn and Harry, you're with Alex. We'll surely win." Louis said cockily
"Let's see" Zayn said with a smirk
"Game on" they all shouted at once.
I was like a lost puppy while playing, it was my first time playing nerf war. I was just hiding behind the sofa and was listening closely to what was happening, and as of what I heard Niall was the only one left.
I came out of my hiding place and snuck behind Niall, when I was about to aim for him, he suddenly turned around an tackled me to the ground. I tried to fight back but I didn't succeed because he's just too strong for me, then we ended up on top of each other, with me under Niall and him on top of me. Suddenly I stared deep into his ocean blue eyes and got hypnotized. I couldn't take my eyes away from him.
"What is going on here?" we heard a voice said
We looked to the direction of the voice and saw a shocked Liam looking at us.
