The Making Of Us

I am really dragging ass this morning. The plane was having problems so we landed in Boston and had to wait an hour and a half for a new plane. So we landed in London at 9:00am and I arrived at the hotel at around 9:45. The traffic in London is ridiculous. Right now I am drinking a red bull and getting ready to head over to the X Factor studios to surprise my love. I’m actually really excited to see him and meet the rest of the boys as well.

“Cassie love are you in here?” The nice lady from the front desk ask.

“Yes Mary I’m in the bathroom just finishing up”

“Olli the driver is here and he’s ready whenever you are love.”

“Ok Mary I’ll be right down once I get this damn hair to cooperate.” I say as Mary laughs walking out of the room.

Ten minutes go by and I finally get my hair to do what I want it to. It’s in a partial updo with a waterfall braid. I chose to wear my little black dress with the cutouts in the sides and my red leather pumps. I finally reach the lobby where Mary and a very handsome middle aged man are waiting for me.

“Cassie geez love it’s about time.”

“Sorry Mary but my hair wasn’t listening to me.” I say as I giggle a little.

“Ok well Cassie this is your driver while you are here for the next four days. His name is Oliver Vanderpool.” Mary says pointing to the man waiting patiently by the door.

“I prefer to be called Olli if you don’t mind. Now Miss Cassie if we could go now we are running a bit late.”

“Yes Olli, I’m ready whenever you are.”

It takes about thirty minutes before we arrive at the X Factor studios. Tonight is a live show and I can’t wait to surprise Niall. I’m sitting in the back of the auditorium so 5 minutes before they are off stage I can be waiting in the dressing room for him. Tonight they are singing ‘When I Ruled the World’ by Cold Play. Niall has a solo at the beginning of the song which he killed it. All of the boys did an amazing job.

“Miss Cassie the boys are almost done with their song please follow me to the dressing room, right this way” Olli says as he leads me towards the dressing rooms.

“That was the most epic performance yet. The audience loved us no doubt!”

I heard shouting in the hall so I knew that the boys were coming back to the dressing room. First walks in this handsome young man with the most beautiful brown eyes I have ever seen. Followed by a curly headed kid, a loud obnoxious boy with bright green pants.

“Whoa! And who do we have here?” the boy with the green pants says

“Hi… I’m Cassie I’m here to see Niall.” I say quietly

“So you are real huh? Shocking if you ask me. Niall hasn’t shut up about you since we’ve been put together as a band.” they curly haired boy says

“I haven’t shut up about who?” I hear that beautiful voice say

Niall walks in and stops dead in his tracks dropping everything he was holding.

“Hey” I say

“Uhhh Cassie what are you doing here?” he looks shocked

“My mom and your mom planned this trip for me to come and see you, so SURPRISE!”
I shout as I get up off the couch.

Niall walks over to me grabbing me by the waist and kissing me passionately.

"OWWW!" I hear the rest of the boys cry

"Shut up" Niall tells them.

"Well if Niall here isn't going to introduce us I will. My name is Liam and this is Zayn, Louis, and Harry."

"Hello, how do you do?" I ask shyly

"Cass, let me grab my things and we can go."

"Ok, Olli is waiting so we can just go back to my hotel."

Niall kisses my forehead as he walks into another room to gather his things.
