LOVE PLANT

I have fallen asleep and click is finished I check my phone to see if maybe Niall has called or texts but he hasn’t, I didn’t mean to make him uncomfortable. I fall asleep with many thoughts running through my mind.
The sun is streaming through my balcony window and I can see it will be a beautiful day. I’m eating my cereal on my balcony and then I turn around and see Niall standing at the door. He walks over to me and sits next to me outside on the balcony.
Rip the band- aid.
“Niall I’m sorry I know it must have been awkward for me to bring that up.” I spit out before he has a chance to say anything.
“It’s ok, I overacted it’s cool.” He says back picking at his fingers.
It’s not ok though I’m thinking to myself I can see hurt and pain or something in his eyes.
