LOVE PLANT

It’s been a couple days since I told Niall and to be honest I think he is even more shock than anyone else in my family was. I am sitting on my couch everyone is out and I’m browsing the tv stations to find something to watch. My phone goes off and I have a message from an unknown number, stop-watching food station you’re making me hungry. Ok I am now freaked out is someone outside my house right now? I get up from the couch I grab a knife from the kitchen open the front door and BOOM!!!! I drop the knife.
“NIALL FUCKING JAMES HORAN YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME!”
“WOW PUT THE KNIFE DOWN.”
“I’m sorry but” screw it. I lunged in for the teddy bear hug.
“What are you doing here?” I say to him.
“Are you kidding the biggest thing has happened of course I am here.” He says so kindly.
“ Aw your too kind Ni.”
“One more teddy bear hug?” I laugh and go in for it. His really hugging me tight.
“Umm Ni I love our hugs but your squeezing really hard and I’m afraid my new kidney might pop out.”
“Shit sorry hhahaha.”
We go back inside and sit on the couch.
“Thanks for being here”. I say to Niall who is sitting next to me on the couch.
“No worries.” He says
It’s silence between the two of us, but its good kind of silence. Niall is my best friend I mean I don’t know anyone else who would fly all the way across the world to come see their friend after an operation. But this journey I have gone through I could not have gotten through without him. Just the simple phone calls when we would chat for so long I would fall asleep with him on the phone still, it was one expensive phone call. There is even sometime where we both look at each other and we just keep looking and it’s not even awkward. It just feels so normal and natural with him. I have even told him about the phone call Harry and I had, his advice to me what maybe give him a chance to explain, it doesn’t necessary mean I will forgive him in a heartbeat.
“Hey love sorry I can’t actually stay here long only a few days then we have to prep for next tour.” Niall says to me.
“Niall you shouldn’t have come at all I mean aren’t you guys going to be here in Melbourne soon for your shows.”
“Yea but I had to see you right away.”
Honestly this boy what he does. I am so lucky.
