Jana’s POV
Niall and I were sitting at a table outside of the building. It was a little chilly, but Niall gave this tuxedo blazer to keep me warm, and it is working for sure. Under the table, Niall was holding my left hand with his right.

It worked out perfectly because we could both sign the books easily without having to worry about anything.

‘’I couldn’t even imagine my life being as good as yours!’’ A woman smiles as I slide the book over to Niall after signing it. He does the same and hands it to her with a smile. ‘’You both are amazing, your family is beautiful.’’ Another one states to us.

‘’Thank you.’’ Niall smiles again as we keep the signing process going. Niall and I co-wrote the book together, so it’s definitely 100 percent true, down to the punctuation marks. The book mostly revolves around our relationship and the kids.

But we also threw in some family advice and romance tips in there too, you know, the usual.

I hadn’t expected this many people to come just for a book release, but hey, whatever floats their boats I guess. Niall loves things like this, it brings him closer to his fans, even to this day. But me, well, I just go with it. I don’t complain, but I don’t get too excited either. I keep it mutual.

Fortunately we did get a little bit of Talya’s life in the book, but not much because we literally finished it the day before the day we got her. But we’re doing a follow-up book about parenting, so she will surely be I that one just as much as the other kids.

And also, the world will soon know that Tori’s pregnant. Niall wanted to go ahead and get it over with to prevent any rumors in the future, so that will also be noted in the sequel book, which will be titled ‘This Is Us’. Our book, which is our first one together, is called ‘The Story Of Us’ and it’s probably the best thing I’ve ever read.

Tori’s POV
‘’Go to sleep.’’ I groan as I open Taylor’s bedroom door, he was supposed to be in the bed hours ago. It was getting pretty late, the early morning hours creeping in on us all, well just me really because I figured I was the only one still awake.

I hated it when Mom and Dad both were gone because I had to have all the responsibilities and bed time was the worst, absolute worst of them all. ‘’Shut up.’’ Taylor rolls his eyes as he climbs under his cover, his face to his phone, I’m still shocked that Dad gave it back to him after the event that happened between those two.

Mom needs to hurry up though, and not stay out late because I have my very first doctor’s appointment tomorrow at noon and she has to come with me, mainly because I know nothing about the medical field and surely would get all that information jumbled and mixed up, not knowing what I’d make myself have.

Before I knew it for a fact, I was back in my room in my closet, searching for something to wear tomorrow. I’m taking Mom’s advice and not dressing up, I usually don’t dress up, but I’m surely not going to for this, it’s not that fancy of an event.

‘’Hmm.. let’s see.. Fall Out Boy.. or.. Peace and Love?’’ I hum to myself as I debate between the two sweatshirts, still not sure of which one I will finally go with in the end. I sigh as I grab them both and stand in front of the full length mirror.

I hold the dark grey Fall Out Boy sweatshirt against my front, posing in the mirror, but not really liking it at the moment. I do the same with the Peace and Love hoodie, hand on my hip as I make a face at myself. But really, what did it matter? I’m just gonna go to a hospital, not some fancy five star resort. Gosh, I overreact sometimes.


Dad was right, I’m too much like Mom.
