What Happened To Us

"Ash, there's something I need to tell you." I hated doing this, especially to her. "What is it?" Ash deserves to know, I told myself. "So, last night, something happened to me. Something I've been wanting to happen for awhile now. Please don't hate me when I tell you this. Ash, Harry asked me to be his."
The look on her face was pure shock. Then the weirdest thing happened. She smiled. "Oh my gosh Shelby that's great!! I'm so happy for you!"
"Wait, so you aren't mad?"
"Oh lord no. Why would I be mad? I only like him as a friend, nothing more."
"Oh my gosh! I can't believe I was worried you'd be mad at me! Now all we have to do is find you a boyfriend so we can go on double dates!"
"You're amazing Shells. Now how much longer until I can get out of this stupid hospital??"
I laughed at Ash and texted Harry.

Shelby- we're all good babe. Ash is happy for us.
Harry- that's great! Now please get your ass back down to my room. I miss you
Shelby- yes sir ;)
Harry- good girl
