I couldn't believe what olly just said. I went running towards Katie. She hadn't moved. "Katie you okay." I asked getting worried.
"awhhh does someone need a kiss and a cuddle from her boyfriend to make it better." olly was really starting to piss me off. "mate don't you read magazines or anything that your girlf has. your a twat mate. Is she alright" Sam said.
"ohh you fucking did not just say that. You seriously need to learn to shut your mouth. She has a fucking bandage on. She has rupptured a muscle and a tissue in her stomach."
"well why the fuck is she doing here."
"olly leave it now.if you know what's best then you will leave it." zayn said moving olly away from me. Katie still hadn't moved.
I crouched down to see her. Tears rolling down her face. "Niall is she alright."mark said. "I'm first aid qualified.what the matter." Tim said.
"she had rupptured a muscle and tissue in her stomach about a month or so ago. She rang the doc to see if she could do this and he said that she could. Then she gets hit in the stomach by the ball that that fucking idoit kicked to prove a shitty little point." I said. Tears started to fill my eyes. "nniall." her weak voice full off pain said as she turned her face and body. "Katie don't try to move. We will get it sorted." I said and kissed her head.
I'm not gonna lie I was terrified.
"Tim is she gonna be alright." I asked. "yeah she will be fine it was the impact off the ball more than anything but if I was you just take her to the hospital just in case."
"okay. Thank you."
"babe its alright." the lads and I helped her stand up. The girls went in and got her stuff. Paul came over. "right Niall you take her in the car and we will meet you at the hospital." Paul said.
"okay."
The girls put katies stuff in the boot.
"thank you for having us mark and Tim. It was a pleasure. Maybe we can do it again." I said. "that would be an honour I hope everything is okay." Tim said.
We got Katie into the car.
I got in and we were off. As we were coming out off the grounds paparazzi were there taking photos through the windows.
We quickly got through and found ourselves on tract to the hospital. Paul was directly behind us. We arrived at the hospital and Liam and I helped Katie into the hospital.
"can we have a doctor look at my girlfriend ASAP please its urgent." I said to the receptionist. She looked up from her magazine. I looked down at the page she was on it was about me and Katie. "is she alright. I read about her stomach." she asked.
"we need a doctor urgent." I said again but nodded.
She got up and walked to someone and pointed to us.
She came back. "follow me. We can have her put into a private room." I nodded. "thankyou." we placed Katie on the bed and soon after the doctor came in.
" I'm doctor Leah. so what's the problem." she said. "well about a month ago she ruptured a stomach muscle and tissue and it was healing perfectly fine. We did some football training today and she was in goal. She dove for the ball but she misjudged it and the ball hit her straight in the stomach. She didn't move for about 5-10 minutes and the first aider told us to bring her here just to be on the safe side. Our doctor in London said that it would be fine for her to do it." I said starting to play with the bottom off my top getting extremly nervous.
"well I will do a quick examination and then I will know the whole out look. What's her name." doctor Leah said."Katie."
She took Katie's top off and then her bandage. That's when I had to turn away. The bruising was hurendous.
"everything is okay. Just keep the bandage on and taking the medicine. Keep an icepack on it for today to stop the swelling. Tomorrow make sure she gets a lot off rest and also make sure of she's in any pain or discomfort to put a hotwater bottle on it."
"thankyou."
She walked out. We helped Katie put the bandage back on and then the top.
"Liam can you help me please." I asked he put katies arm around his shoulder and his arm around her back I did on the other side and she edged her way to the side off the bed. "just take your time babe." I said not wanting to rush her.
"okay. Maybe some time." she said trying to laugh.
We slowly but surely made our way to the front off the hospital.
"Niall give me the keys and I will get the car and bring it around." Louis said.
I gave him the keys and not that long after he pulled up. We took Katie out to the car paparzzi wanted to get loads off photos at this point and time we didn't really care we just wanted Katie safe. We put her in and I got in the other side. The other got into the van and we were off back to the football ground. Us boys had competely forgott to pick up our stuff from the changing rooms so we had to go back. We pulled back into the grounds and parked up. The football team were still practiceing.
Katie wanted to get out cause she wanted some fresh air. We helped her out off the car. We sat her down on the wall with the girls whilst we went and got our stuff.
Tim and mark saw us and made there way over. "is everything alright." Tim said. "yeah it was just the impact off the ball. Nothing was damaged just major bruising." I said.
"we still training if you fancy joining us again." mark said.
I looked at Katie and she smiled and nodded. "well I suppose an hour won't hurt." me and the boys said. "we can get Katie in to one off the dug outs." we helped Katie over to the dug out where Tim and mark were sat. We were playing a game. The girls joined in and the boys were okay about it. That hour went by soo fast. "thank you again." I said so did all the boys. Katie smiled. "hope you feeling better soon." Sam said to Katie. "will be back in a minute just gonna get my stuff." I said and kissed her head.
I went into the changing rooms with the others and got our stuff. We came back and Katie had gotten up and was slowly walking towards the car. Liam took my bag and I went over to Katie. I let her lean on me and I was there for support. "why does it all happen to me. Do I have disaster written across my head." Katie said. I couldn't help but laugh. "no you don't you have mud on your head but other than that you have perfection written across it." I said and kissed her forehead. She laughed. Liam put my bag into the boot and helped me put katie into the car. She was sleepy and a little disorientated. All off us hated seeing her like that. We arrived back at the hotel and Katie had fallen asleep. I got Harry to take mine and katies bags in whilst I carried her up to our room. Harry opened the door for me and I told him to put the bags on the sofa's. I put Katie on the bed. I decided that I would let her sleep. She looked like she needed to sleep. I made my way back out to the sofa's and put my headphones in and was on my ipad.
Well Katie said that she wants her own car but I know for a fact that she won't beable to just chose one. So I had decided that as a graduation/getting in to universtity present I would buy her one maybe two cars. I decided that one car I would get her was a custom mini cooper softtop but then again I hadn't yet decided fully.
I was looking on my ipad at mini's. I know that Katie loves White and cream ones but also she likes the blue ones.
That's it I have made a decision. I had to quickly shut the tab on my ipad because she was awake and she was slowly walking in the room.
"hello bubs. Are you hungry." I said to her as she made her way to the sofa.
"yeah I am actually. I'm due another lot off tablets. And have you got another ice pack this ones gone warm." she said snuggling into me. "I will get you another one. And here's the menu." I gave her the room service menu. I walked to the freezer and got out another icepack and put the other one back in. There was a knock at the door. It was one off those rather annoying ones. I gathered that it was the others. "its open. Come in." I shouted. They all pilled in. "we are ordering room service wanna join." Katie said. Lauren and Louis sat on the same sofa as Katie and I and then the others mossied on sitting god knows where. They all said what they wanted and I ordered room service. Katie was a little cold so I got the quilt. I got in next to her and then she snuggled next to me. It was about ten minutes when the door went. Louis got up and opened it. He pulled in the trolley and thanked the staff that brought up the food.
Katie sat up at the smell off food. She had ordered a chicken burger. Well come to mention it we all had ordered burgers. I passed her, her food. She started to eat some. She ate most off it.
"so what we gonna do then." zayn asked.
"well purhaps just watch TV. Its been a long day." perrie said and everyone agree.
Katie snuggled back into me and she rested her head on my shoulder.
"here you are Niall."Harry said passing me the controller.
"so what does my princess want to watch." "hmmmm friends. Let's watch friends." she said.
We watched about five episodes. "do you know what we are like the friends cast." I said. Everyone looked at me and laughed. "well tbh if you think about it we are. Niall is defo Joey. There is no doubt about it."
Liam said.
"Louis and Harry are soo Chandler." I said.
" Liam is totally Ross. And zayn is." Harry said. "zayn is is. Hmmm I would have ti say he is Chandler as well." perrie said.
"so what about us girls then" Lauren added.
"well I would have to say that both you and Katie are all off them but Katie is manly Monica" I said. Katie hit my chest.
"elanor and perrie are defo Rachel with a hint of pheebe." Harry said laughing at eleanors reaction.
"and what about me ." Danielle said crossing her arms. "well it be Rachel and Monica." Liam said.
We all laughed.
It was now about 10 ish. Everyone was just talking away. "babe the doc said that you have to rest tomorrow. So you aren't coming to the gig. " I said to her. She didn't look happy but knew she had to rest. "fine fine fine." she said.
Everyone slowly drifted out off our room to go to bed. "ni ni can you help me please." she said moving the quilt off of her. She wanted to get up and make her way to bed. I helped her out and she was slowly getting up. She put her hands on my shoulders so she put all off her weight on them. She really did look like she was gonna fall asleep.
"someones a sleepy princess" I said. She laughed.
We slowly walked to the bedroom. She stood at the mirror taking off the little make up she had left on. I got out her pjs and then helped get changed. I placed her in bed and then I got in next to her. She was facing her side dresser. I moved close to her and got behind her. I placed my hand on her thigh and started to move my thumb slowly with one hand and then the other I started to play with her hair. "you know I hate seeing you hurt. it kills me inside. I never want to see my princess hurt. I love you.". I whispired. "I love you too ni ni." she said. We soon fell asleep. I had to be up by 10 tomorrow for rehearsals.
All the girls had decided that they would stay with Katie tomorrow. When I woke up I quickly got changed into sweats and a top and wrote Katie a note and left it on her bed side table. I quickly got something to eat and then made my way out to the hall to see the others out there. We got on the bus and were on our way to the venue to do a practice.
