guys. We have some special guests joining our training session today. would you like to introduce yourselves." mark said. "hi I'm Louis." "I'm Liam" "I'm zayn" "I'm Harry" "and I'm Niall " "hi I'm Eleanor" "I'm Danielle" "I'm perrie" "I'm Lauren" "and I'm Katie" "coach why have we got them training with us. We are a lads squad." "umm have you got a problem with us training with you. You know we do play sport as well" Katie said getting a little defensive. "Sam we have to give them a chance. You never know you could learn something from these ladies." mark said smiling at us. "what learn how to make a sandwich." Sam said. "ohh god you are so gonna regret saying that." Niall said looking at the others. "so I'm thinking we might let Katie and Lauren do the warm up today " Katie and Lauren looked at each other and smiled. "are you sure coach. Do they know what they are doing. Wait when was the last time you even played football." "ohh really well actually about a month ago for our college team and got the the finals off the tournament and ohh won. Ohh and we will go light on you don't want to show you up." Katie said. They suddenly shut up. "right we will start off with 4 laps around the pitch but at each corner you have to do 10 slow push ups and then 5 sit ups" " that's easy." one off the footie lads said. They jogged over to the first corner and done 10 slow push ups and then 5 sit ups. Katie and the girls were up first. They carried on doing it for the next three laps. "right next high knees to the other side off the pitch then on the way back bum kicks back." they done that. "right everyone in pairs get on the floor and do sit ups like Lauren and I." Katie said becoming the bossy leader that Lauren knew she would become. Katie and Lauren both sat opposite each other and both done one sit up and then back down then the second time they came up the twisted their bodys to the opposite legs, so their right arm would touch their left knee. They then went back down and done the third time they done opposites again the fourth time they came up they grabbed each others arms and created a wrist lock and then leaned back as far as they could and held it for 10 seconds. The others got down and carried on doing it. They done about 10reps. They carried on and done some stretches. "there you go mark." the girls said as they came back over to where mark and the deputy coach were standing. "thank you girls. Right now we are gonna do some penalty practise using the goal scorer." mark said. "we want you to dribble down and around the cones and then try and score with the points." the assistant coach Tim said. "everyone get a ball and let's get going." Everyone got a ball and everyone was talking away. Well the boys were talking to the footie boys. "babe you didn't say about you being on the Scat team." Niall said to Katie as he stood infront off her. "didn't think it was that important." Katie said as she was keeping the ball in the air. "ohhh she has ball skills as well as a big mouth can she score though." Sam said. Katie knew what she had to do. See her and Lauren had used this goal scoring system before and the last time she got every ball in the section she wanted. "Sam if I was you I wouldn't say that to her." Niall said. "and why would that be." he answered. "well because let's put it this way people always assume that she/girls can't do things that we can do but the thing is she proves everyone wrong." Niall replied before taking his go and scoring a ten pointer in the top left hand corner. "well done babe." Katie said to Niall as he came back up to the line. "now let's show these boys up." he said back to her. Katie took her go and well well well she got it in the 20 point section at the centre right. She was happy with it. The others were happy for her. "bet she can't do that again." Sam said taking his go but missing. It was katies go again. She decided to dribble down the cones just like before but when she reached the end cone she lifted the ball up with her foot and then header it then kicked it in to the right bottom scoring another 20 points. "what was that you said. Ohh yeah I couldn't do it again but look I did." she said as she walked back past Sam. "now a game I'm feeling. 5-a-side. You can pick your teams." Tim said. The girls all looked at each other. The 1d boys looked at each other as well. So it was three teams made out off the football lads and then the 1d boys as one team and then the girls as another. "first game ollys team against the girls. The 1d lads v Sam's team and then the others can have a rest. "Alright you lot. will do a little tournament. You will get 3 points for a win 2 for a draw and 1 for a lose." "what about a goalie." Katie asked. "well it will have to be a rush goalie." Tim said. "let's get going each game will be 20mins" Everyone was ready to start. Olly was being a twat and decided that he wouldn't let the girls kick off. Katie got into postion and got got the ball and headed for the goal. she weaved her way around the pitch and Boom she scored.The girls went wild. "that was just luck." olly said. "whatever." Katie replied before getting into a space. The girls yet again got the ball and they got to the goal. this time Katie linned up the ball and Lauren got it in. The girls done a little celebration dance. Olly soon came up and took the ball off of them. He kicked off. He tried to get to the otherside off the pitch before any off the girls could he was wrong. Katie went running down to the goal the girls followed. "get on the otherside. James " olly shouted. "c'mon girls just like old times. Keep up the good work." Katie shouted from goal. "ohh please what else is she gonna say or do." olly said as he got closer to the goal. James was on the other side, olly passed it over and then James passed it back to olly who was in position to score. "like to see you try and save this one Katie." olly said rudely. He kicked to the top left hand side. Katie jumped towards it diagonally and caught it. She went to the floor. The girls came running down and joined Katie on the floor as a massive pile on. The whistle went. The girls screamed. They had won. "next games 1d boys v the girls. Olly's v the others and Sam's team can rest. Ohh and good game girls." mark said and Tim agreed. The girls and then the 1d lads made there way to the pitch. The girls drew this time. The next two matches the girls won as well. So they ended up with 11 points in total. They had won the tournament. "right next up a proper game. The girls 1d lad and half off sams team are one team and the the others are another team." mark said. Tim walked over to the team that the girls and boys were on and said "umm you need a goalie." "I will do it just gotta get my gloves from my bag." Katie said. She went running off to the changing rooms and got her gloves and came out. "ready." As soon as she was in place the game started. Katie could see the whole game and could help direct all the team. "come on guys. We can do this." Katie incouraged the team. They scored. Woooaaaahhhh. Olly's team came running down the pitch with the ball. The defenders were already. Katie watched where the ball was being passed and figured out where the ball would end up after they took the shoot. She was correct. She saved the ball. They took it to centre again. Danielle scored the goal this time. It was half time. "well done girls. You do have some amazing skills." Tim said as everyone sat on the ground. "I will be back in a min. Just gotta take my tablets." Katie said. She started to walk over to the changing rooms. "wait up babe." Niall shouted to her. She waited and he caught her up. The walked into the block together. Katie took her tablets and Niall waited for her to come back out. They held each other's hand as they walked back out to the others. It was time for the second half. the other team kicked off this time. They came running down with the ball, one off them passed it to olly. He came running towards Katie and the goal. He shoots and Katie dives. Katie dove a little to far and olly kicked hard. It hit her straight in the stomach. She went crashing to the floor. "awhhh is someone a cry baby and on her monthly." olly said as he came closer. Katie just layed on the floor grabbing her stomach.
