This had to be the best yet. I finally got my girl. Katie and I are head girl and boy. What could go wrong?
I decided to take Katie out for a meal, to celebrate our achievement. She looked mighty fine. We both wore black and white. She looked so amazing in the black silky skirt with the blouse and the hi-tops. I couldn’t believe she wore my hat that I brought her. She could wear any hat and it would look amazing on her. Then there was me just in jeans and a top. We decided not to stay out late tonight as we had a late one last night. We had our school photo’s tomorrow. I knew Katie would look amazing as normal. I dropped her home at about 10 ish.
Her mum knew that I liked her. So when I walked in the house the next morning to walk with Katie, her mum just gave me a massive hug and was like I knew you would get together. I just knew it. She wouldn’t let me go. I had to pull myself away.
School was boring today, nothing exciting happened. All we did all day was study for exams.
The next couple of months were stressful and tested mine and Katie’s relationship. We made it through though. It was time to start planning for prom. This year the theme was Red Carpet Glam. Of course all of the girls had complete control of this. The boys and I had as little as possible involvement as possible.
The girls acted like they were planning their weddings. It was quite funny to watch.
Two months went by. Katie and I were amazing. Everyone else was as well. It was June 28th and prom day. Everyone went and met at the venue to oversee everything that was going on. All the girls left at midday. They said that they were running out of time to prepare themselves. They had 7 hours to prepare. All of the boys just laughed. We all checked into the most well renowned hotel in town. We both had two apartments to get ready in. the girls had kept their colour of their dresses secret from each other and us. They had picked our ties. They let us pick our suits, thank god.
