What Goes Around Comes Back Around

Calum and I were sitting around a table with Benji and Joel writing the 3rd song that day when Calum grew sick of it.

'Can we do something fun' he complains and Benji shakes his head,

'Sorry Calum, Adam and John told us to keep you writing' Joel smiles and looks down at the paper,

'At least can we start writing a new song? Out of my limit is getting old...' Calum trails of and Benji moves the paper and brings out a new page.

'Can I?' I ask holding my hand out to the pen and their faces light up. They hand me the pen and I start writing down lyrics,

I know for a fact I didn't want Willow to leave, everything was going the right way w hen something again comes into the way.

I'd find a way to make you stay
I'd never let you get away
Catch you in all the games we've played

'Luke?' Calum asks unsteadily after reading the lyrics, 'When was Willows flight?' and I look at my phone,

'In an hour..' I whisper, 'She forgot to say goodbye'

'Well you could always quickly run off and say bye, I could just tell Adam that you two went to get some coffee?' Joel suggests,

'Really?' Calum head shots up and he smiles,

'Sure' Benji says, 'as long as you actually bring us back some coffee' we laugh and nod rushing out the door. We get too the girls room when I remember that Calum isn't on talking terms with Rose and Sapphire,

'Are you sure you wanna come in?' I ask him and he scoffs and opens the door,

'Willow!?' he calls out and a door flings open and Rose's tear stained face appears in the hall,

'What do you want?' she asks sourly,

'Where is Willow?' he asks her and she turns to me,

'She left about 30 minutes ago, she didn't say goodbye?' she asks uncertain,

'No she just left..' I whisper looking at the ground,

'Well that’s just though luck' Peyton's cold voice replies behind us. She glares at us her eyes red and also tear stained, 'Why didn't you stop her Luke?! Why didn't you!' her voice starts to raise,

'I never wanted her to go either' I whisper looking down,

'You were the only one that could've made her stay, but you didn't and now she is gone, thanks Luke' she say sarcastically while slamming her door shut,

'That didn't go well' Calum mumbled,

'No shit Sherlock' Rose snaps,

'Look we just wanted….urgh, whatever’ I gave up throwing my hands up in the air ‘Cal come on, let’s go to the airport instead of arguing with a bunch of girls’

‘mind your words Luke’ Rose hissed and grabbed a vest hanging by the door.

‘where do you think you’re going?’ Calum asked confused

‘going to the airport with Luke’ Rose growled at him

Calum and I just stood there being confused as Rose gave us a confused and rushed look back.

‘are you just going to stand there or try and make her stay? Because if we keep on standing here she will be off on that bloody plane’ Rose sassed and placed her hands on her hips.

‘let’s go then’ I shrugged and headed out of the door first, being followed by Calum and Rose.

‘if we keep up this pace we will never make it in time’ Rose spat as she jogged passed me, making me and Calum run after her. Instead of waiting for the elevator we jogged down the stairs and towards the car. All three of us climbed in and our driver sped off towards the airport.

‘so Rose…’ Calum started

‘things don’t change Calum, I’m not on speaking terms with you yet’ she interrupted and Calum threw me a helpless look and I shrugged not knowing how to help him out here.

‘what made you decide to come along?’

‘if you screw up, I know who to blame’ Rose replied and started to stare out of the window. She placed the hood of the vest up, something she’d normally never do.

‘I’m sorry Rose’ Calum suddenly blurted out

‘no you are not’ Rose whispered

‘just listen to me’

‘no…I’m thinking about turning into the new Taylor Swift and write a song about it. Like the new Willow of some sort…no I don’t want to listen to you’

‘guys can we keep this a happy car ride please?’ I interrupted their bickering

‘stay out of it Luke’ Calum and Rose snapped my way in unison

‘alright snappy much’ I whispered, throwing my hands up in defence and let out a giggle.

I tried to tune the pair out and focus on what I wanted to say to Willow if I would see her in time. To be honest, I had no idea of what to say to her yet. How could she just pack up her stuff and go, leaving me and the others behind? Did we not mean anything to her? I only saw happy couples on the pavements and then it turned into a deserted scenery.

‘you two are doing my head in’ I sighed

‘SHUT UP!’ Rose yelled

‘don’t tell my mate to shut up Rose, he has done nothing wrong’

‘he’s hanging around with you and didn’t make Willow stay’ Rose said

‘get over it already or you both are not coming inside and both can walk home’ I raised my voice

‘whatever’ Rose sighed

The rest of the ride was silent and as soon as the car stopped, I ran out. Rose was right behind me for what I saw and Calum well I don’t really know. My legs sprinting underneath me and I could hear Rose’s heavy panting behind me. That girl should start to work out, because she was in bad shape.

‘what time does she fly?’

‘in two hours or so’ Rose breathed as we halted to a stop in front of the departure board. Calum bumped into us obviously not having spotted that we had stopped.

‘come on’ I said as my eyes had quickly scanned over the board. I could hear Rose’s annoyed grunt of having to run again, but as I looked over my shoulder I saw Calum picking her up. She was shouting all sorts of things to him, but I didn’t really care, I had to go and find Willow and stop her from going.
