A New York Dream

I called Justin in the car on my way to the party. He answered right away.

-Hey girl, where are you? I´m waiting for you! He said and sounded a bit drunk.
-I´m on my way, I´m at Bryant Park so I should be there in 5 minutes.
-Good, I´ll meet you out front. He said and we finished the conversation.

And as he had said, he was waiting outside of the entrance for me. I got out of the car and gave Justin a hug when my phone started buzzing. I looked at the screen and saw that it was Jake, I couldn´t be bother with what he had to say right now so I put the phone back in to my clutch and followed Justin up to the party.

You could definitely not miss that it was a party going on, people everywhere with drinks in their hands, empty glasses and cans on the tables. Loud music and people trying to dance all over the place. I looked around I felt glad that I decided to go out. I can deal with Jake later, and considering the feeling I felt all day with him acting different. Now it was my time to enjoy myself and not have a care in the world.

Justin came up to me and handed me a drink and dragged me out to the “dancing area”. I took a sip of my drink and started to dance with Justin.
“ Hmm, a mojito maybe? I have to ask Justin” I thought but forgot it right away as me and Justin were dancing like there were no problems in the world. After a few drinks I felt relaxed and a little drunk. The rest of the people had stopped dancing and starting to sing karaoke, but I wasn´t in the mood to sing so I went to pour myself a new drink. After I had taken a few sips of my drink I went outside to the balcony for a cigarette. After what felt like forever I finally found my cigarettes in my clutch and lighted my cigarette. It felt really nice, I hadn´t smoked in a while cause Jake didn´t like girls who smoked, but I had stopped on the way over to the party and bought a pack of cigarettes.

As I stood outside and smoked, my phone started buzzing again. This time I answered and it was Jake. And he wasn´t happy.

-Where the hell are you? He yelled through the phone.
-At a party with Justin, I told you I was going out. And you told me that you were going to sleep. I answered angry.
-Are you really that stupid that you think I can sleep when you are out with that lowlife guy drinking and God knows what. He yelled.
“Whoa, he is really mad”
- You´re always out partying all night long so why can´t I? and Justin is not a lowlife. And don´t you EVER call me stupid again. I yelled back and clicked on the “end call” button as Jake started yelling back.

I heard the balcony door open and the sound from the inside party became higher and I turned around to meet a pair of mysterious green eyes and all the sound went away again. I looked away and continued to smoke, but I was feeling tired in my legs from all the dancing so I sat down on a chair at the end of the balcony and the curly haired boy with the green eyes joined me at the table.
“This is weird, who is this dude?” I thought and right in that moment he cleared his throat and it looked like he was about to say something but the he closed his mouth again. I was really curious about who this lovely boy was so I took out my cigarettes, took another one and lighted it and offered him one.
-You want a cigarette?
-No, I don´t smoke. But thank you. He said with a smile.
-Then what are you doing out here? I asked curiously and noticed his British accent.
-Just wanted some air. It is so hot inside, don´t you think? He answered with a smirk.
-Yes it is. I´m Belle by the way, nice to meet you….?
-Harry. Nice to meet you too. He answered and looked like the most beautiful boy I´d ever seen.
