Jays pov
I had walked outside with cierra, it was a little warm outside. More than I would have thought it would be, it was queit at first before I had started to talk.
"So what grade are you in?" I asked her.
"Junior." She told me with a soft smile. I nod once.
We we had walked on side of the the side walk, I was kicking my feet, just walking next to her awkwardly.
My phone buzzed in my pocket, I grabbed it placing it in my hands, looking at the text from Delilah.
'of course, J.J you derserve all the exes in the world.' She said, gong me three exes now, which made me slightly blush.
'Youre too sweet Ly. You're the best. you're the one that deserves all the x's, along with o's.' I texted.
"You said this girl was somewhat your girlfriend, why somewhat?" Cierra questioned me.
"Just difficult, I've known her for ages." I spoke. Along with she's a freshman I'm an senior, and my best friends little sister.
"That's the best part. You guy must trust each other, why not?" She asked again.
'Jaaayy xxx.' She texted.
I wish she was mine. I had began to text her back. I know I was going to regret saying this but it's the best time to give it a shot.
'Just going to ask, I'm out right now, bored really, you want to go somewhere since you don't have a curfew? Since your friends are sleeping?? x ' my hands were basically shaking.
"Something came up." I lie. "I have to go tell andrew I'm borrowing his car for a while."
I said turning around, cierra looked at me a little confused. I had back to the house, walking up the stairs, into the doors.
Searching for andrew. I looked around, finding him talking to a girl.
"Hey." I said tapping his shoulder he looked at me.
"Dude, join us." He laughed.
"Can i borrow your car for a moment?" I asked him.
"What happened?" He asked me concerned.
"Nothing, just I have to run home and grab something." I lie. "Please."
Andrew sighed. "Yeah, be careful though." He said handing me his keys.
I turned on my heel, running out the house, and to his car. A bit of me felt very happy.
