Delilahs pov
Jay was coming, I was about to start freaking out, it was just a little flirting we were doing, he was flirting with me, as I was flirting with him.
All the the girls has fell asleep while we were watching a movie on the couch, I slowly got up moving the popcorn bowl away, tiptoeing to recieve my shoes. Once they were on, I grabbed my phone and stepped outside, I should have wore a jacket it is freezing!
after 5 minutes of waiting, a car finially came down this street and I noticed it was Andrews car! No! What's going on. I walked to the car, hoping it wasn't andrew. I opened the door and noticed Jay was driving, making me feel so much better.
"Hey." He said with a smile.
"Hi." I said nervously, why am i nervous? I shouod never be nervous around Jay! Closing the door.
"It's like 3 am. Aren't you suppose to be sleeping?" He asked me and then he sighed.
"Aren't you?" I said sending him a smile.
He laughed.
"I just thought we should hang out, we never get to hang out anymore." He said softly.
"I know right," I said with a smile, "remember that time where we use to always go to the pool and then after our to get some food."
"So much fun. But you know you can always have fun in fall and winter as well." He said driving down the road.
"winter is not fun at all." I laughed. "I mean, not for swimming or anything."
He smiled. "Winter can be as much fun and I want to show you how fun it can be."
I nodded my head, forgetting to put my seat belt on I quickly grabbed it and wrapped it around me. Looking straight ahead. I love being in shot gun.
He had finally stopped the car and I looked at him. why were we here, I mean I know he was wanting to show me the joy of winter, but here? It's gross here.
He got out the car and told me to come on and then I followed behind him. He walked into the woods. I trailed behind him, soon enough catching his hand. He had slowed down and looked at me. his eyes meeting mine, then traveling down to our hands. he entwined our hands together, I know it was nothing but he never did this to our hands before.
He smiled, and walked again. I felt like I was blushing until we had came to a stop.
"Here we are." He said with the biggest smile ever.
I looked around. And then looked at him confused. "Yay?"
"Oh, sorry." He said stepping and moving the bushes out the way "I've heard this was were your parents had their first kiss."
I gasped and looked at the meadow behind the bushes this place was so beautiful. my mum had told me about this place, she told me about when she first shared her kiss with dad and now I'm here with Andrew.
I looked up at him as he looked down with me, grabbing my hand again and pulling me into the meadow the wind was blowing harder because of the open area. I stepped closer to jay to keep body warmth.
He noticed me being cold and then took off his jacket, putting it around me. here I am blushing again.
"Thanks." I said softly.
"Anytime." He said, I could hear the smile in his voice.
He Had stopped at his tracks and then looked down at me. I looked up at him, he was still smiling.
"You are so amazing." He spoke softly, pulling me into a hug. I buried my head into his chest, this is a moment that could last forever. I wish It could. I think it's pretty obvious now that we like each other. I know that he likes me, I can tell. Who told take a girl here where her parents shared their first kiss. Romantic. But maybe, he also wanted to share ours?
Truthfully I have never kissed a guy before, so this is new to me, but the moment just felt so perfect right now. I pulled back from him, placing my hands into his. I could tell he was shivering.
"You're cold." I said softly.
"No, I'm complely fine. Plus, you're slightly warmer, that's all that matters." He spoke.
His hand moved to my hair, pushing the hair strand behind my ear. Jay and I never given each other these gestures.
He had let go of my hand, which now felt instantly cold. He slipped his hands into my waist pulling me closer to him, he looked down at me like he was in a trance, and then he slowly leaned down. I felt the butterflies in my stomach flying around.
Our faces were so close now, but I was wanting them closer, I put my right hand behind his head and into his hair tugging he closer to me. Before I knew it, he pressed his lips to mine softly. It felt magically. I wouldn't know, I guess every kiss is like this but, this felt amazing.
He pulled back, looking at me. Sending me a smile. "Come on, let's go have a journey."
he entwined our hands again and we took a journey.
