Not My Blind Date

Calum's P.O.V

"This is where you wanted to go?"I asked.

"Yes." She answered looking around.She was beautiful. The way she seemed to be admiring everything around us. Then she looked back and saw me smirking.

"What?"she asked curiously.

"You are such a little kid."I said shaking my head.

"Nuh uh im 5 1/2"she said sticking her tongue out at me."Now come on I wanna see the koalas!" She said starting to run through the crowded zoo,I followed her not even sure as to where we were going. Hours later Leslie and I leave the zoo and head to a restaurant. Nothing fancy, just a little pizza place.

"So, you and Luke?"I asked

"What about me and Luke?"

"You guys are.... you know...like a couple" I said making her almost spit out her water.

"Just because we went out on one date doesn't mean we're a couple." She stated.

"So what you're saying is you dont like him?" I said a bit happily.

"What I'm saying is that it takes time to actually fall for someone, Calum. You can't know from one hour of hanging out. "

"Don't you believe in love at first sight?"

"I believe in attraction at first sight, but not love."she said after a long pause.

"What about a mother and a baby?"

"That's a different type of love." I nodded thoughtfully.

Attraction not love, she's right there is probably no such thing as Love at first sight, I'm just not thinking clearly. I cant love her after one day, but I could be falling for her.
I got a text and saw it was from Michael."

From Michael: Where are you?!?!?You're half an hour late!!

"Fuck."I said

"Hey no bad words!"Leslie said.

"What why?"i asked a little panicked

"Because they're bad."she said as if it was obvious. I chuckled and she rolled her eyes"They are bad."she said again.

"What are we five?"I laughed

"I'm 5 1/2!"

"Okay well, we gotta go I forgot about band practice. "I said getting up and pulling her hand so she can get up.

I asked the people to put the pizza in a box and we quickly left.When we got to her car I realized I was still holding her hand. She blushed madly as she also realized and quickly let go to get to the driver's side. I gave her the directions to Ashton's and soon we were there. I walked in without knocking, with Leslie behind me holding the pizza.

" Calum what took you s-oh hi Leslie." Michael said suddenly smirking. I rolled my eyes and picked up my bass.

"Can we start?"I asked.

"No I want pizza"Luke said.

"Well to bad you don't get pizza until you play me a song."

"Your wish is our command, any requests?"Luke asked.

"Teenage dream."

"You heard the lady."I said, then we went into an hour of practicing and goofing off.

"I gotta go guys, its almost 11 and my parents are going to kill me." Leslie said.She hugged Michael and waved to the rest of us before leaving.

"You two have to sort this out.We're not breaking up over a girl especially when we're going to be touring with One Direction."Ashton said as soon as she left.

"But we're not even dating."Luke and I said at the same time.

"Well whatever is going on you two better figure it out."Ashton said.

"Forget it he's been stressed out about the tour."Michael said."but what is going on?"he asked.

"Nothing, she came this morning to see you but you weren't here so we went to the zoo."i shrugged.

"I don't know whats going on with us, I guess we're still just friends? I don't know, but Calum, if you feel something for her just tell me and I'll back off."Luke said.

Both boys stared at me. Deep down I knew I felt something for her.But was I ready to admit it? "No, I didn't want to go on that blind date. I'll back off."I said.

"Cal are-"Luke started

"I gotta go."I said quickly getting out the door
