Valerie's POV:

“Valeria, I hate you so much right now. (She pouts as I giggle and take a sip from my wine glass) You just decided to disappear? I tried talking to you endlessly, but not one time have you picked up.” I give Lora a hug, as I sigh and admit:“I know. It is my fault, but I have my reasons I promise. I was just busy with my cousin’s visit. I haven’t seen him since a very long time, so we had a lot to catch up to. He was in Australia.”
Lora, being naive and humble, nods in understanding, as I feel relieved that she bought the story.“Where is he, by the way? Its his birthday, and he isn’t to be seen right now.” As I planned to answer in agreement to my friend’s claim, the corner of my eye captures a sight of marvellous masterpiece in a black Armani suit.
My eyes frolic at his perfectly styled hair, his breathtaking laugh to my father’s words, and how his carved body is wrapped in the perfectly tailored suit. Strangely, his eyes capture mine, once his head turns around. Now that he saw me, the reaction he did made my cheeks flush more than the blush I have on already.
His emerald jewels fired a look of passionate lust, as they scanned me from head to toe; feeding on my appearance with pure flirtatious hunger http://www.polyvore.com/eye_stopper/set?id=143120793&lid=4050520. He snaps out of his haze, once I wave my hand at him; calling for him to come over gently. He gives his juice glass to a waiter, and walks in a masculine routine, making sure to torture me with those long legs. He waits no longer to hug me, once we come face to face.
I find myself drowning in his arms, wrapping mine around his neck with full warmth and need. The fire of his skin on mine did not seem to disappear, he still has this effect when he touches me. We drop the hug awkwardly, once Lora clears her throat. I smile and speak directly: “Harry, this is Lora Cameron. Lora, this is my cousin Harry.” He shakes her hand and speaks perfectly with that husky tone of his: “It is a pleasure to meet you, Lora.”
I stare at him in awe, positively astonished on how he has evolved into an aristocrat this fast. “(She blushes, as she replies) Same here, Harry.” I found myself darting my eyes at Lora, almost like warning her not to get so mushy with Harry; the reason is still unknown though.
We get interrupted when one of the happiest people I know joins us. He hugs me as I laugh, knowing how affectionate Josh could be. “Its been a while, cheesehead.” He jokes as I groan playfully. “Same goes to you, potatohead.” Lorna, Josh and I share a laugh recalling the names we used to pick on each other when we were little children; Harry on the other hand, looks at the three of us in wonder and confusion.
He leans into my ear and asks me in a whisper: “You don’t have any cheese on your head, and he doesn’t have a potato on his either. Why do you both claim what is not true?” I couldn’t contain my laughter that I was trying to ease down, because what Harry just questioned made me laugh more from his angled innocence. I decide not to answer my captivating fellow, and instead I introduce him to Josh.
