Anymore. (24th Chapter)

Valerie's POV:

I shrieked helplessly, as my father and Ronald tried separating Harry and Charlie from each other. Charlie fought back, punching Harry right on the jaw. That didn’t stop Harry from slamming his fists through Charlie’s model-like face. Harry released a roar that thundered the entire room, as he kept throwing hits until a bone crack was heard.
“(I yell) Harry, stop!” His movements stop, allowing Ronald and my father to push him away from the whimpering bastard on the floor. Now that Harry is off of Charlie, I could see where that cracking noise came from. Charlie held both his hands over his nose, groaning in pain as his father tried to help him get settled. My father contained Harry in his arms, even though Harry was thirsty for more.
I walk straight up to him, and speak in authority. “Harry this is bad behaviour. Go up to your room, right now.” He tries to protest: “But Valerie he-…” I raise my palm in front of him, shushing his explanation. “But nothing Harry. Now, up to your room. I’ll be there soon.” My father lets him go, as Harry looks at me with a mixture of sadness and confusion, running like a lion out of the dining room.
“What kind of beast is that!? Look what he has done to Charlie’s face! Thomas, you will regret this… All of you will regret this!” Ronald’s threats don’t shake a hair from my head, and neither did it seem to have an affect on my father. “You dare to threaten me and my family under my roof? It is your impolite son who started it! Now, leave my house this instant. The show is over.”
Ronald helps his bastard’s son up, as they escort themselves to the outside. Before my father got the chance to speak, I beat him at it. “Dad, please don’t say anything… I’ll go check up on Harry.” I dismiss myself immediately, climbing the stairs as fast as I could. Once I reach Harry’s room, I knock on the door.
“Harry, its me. May I come in please?” Harry’s voice croaks, scaring me since I never heard this tone before. “Okay.” He muffles as I enter. My legs feel paralysed, in fact my whole body turns stiff as a board. My eyes feeling like popping out, once I see tiny threads of water droplets cascading from his green eyes; he’s crying.
I slowly begin to move towards him, not wanting to shaken his current situation. I feel like an imaginary cutter slashed the veins that keep my heart alive, at the sight of his precious tears falling. I sit beside him on the edge of the bed, not knowing how to react and what to say. “(I whisper) Harry, why are you crying?”
Once I touch his back, he shivers and repels a little away. “Harry, please talk to me? Why are you crying?” His head slowly lifts, as his glittery eyes slash a pain inside of me. “(He muffles) Why did Valerie yell at Harry…? Harry say Valerie being hurt. Harry doesn’t like seeing Valerie hurt, so Harry hit the stupid boy to make Valerie Happy… (He asks in fear) Valerie doesn’t like Harry, anymore?”
What I do next, proves to me that I am not myself at all. The thing that I do is against all of my morals, my ethics and my wisdom. I don’t know why I did it, my body was able to win its battle with my mind; claiming that it should take control at this very moment… I kissed Harry.
